Catch is all about the chef: Top Chef alumni Hung Huynh. It’s an interactive loft-kitchen dining experience focused on extraordinary seafood, with individual cocktail and wine bars, a raw bar and an open chef’s kitchen adjacent to a private 20-seat chef’s table. The atmosphere at Catch builds off of the energy of the open kitchen and incandescent lighting makes the whole space look like it has been dipped in honey. On the 4th floor, there’s a club that you can only access via exclusive elevator escort. Catch is like eight different destinations in one with energy centers everywhere.
