海景别墅设计，打造奢华度假空间

Villa Thea is located in Almyrida of Apokorona in a 4 morgen plot. The plot is bordered by trees with sea inclination and amazing sea view to Souda bay. Based on the architectural study and considering the natural inclination of the land, the direction and the view that the plot offers we designed a double floor residence with a basement. In front of the building have been placed a 90 m² pool, a big outdoor living room and a barbeque space.
