With Indigo, Woonpioniers aims to make personal architecture and a healthy way of building accessible to a wide audience. Thanks to an optimal interplay between design, construction and use of materials, Indigo combines design freedom with a quick building process and Woonpioniers is an Amsterdam based architectural firm. We develop smart building systems and collective housing concepts to help a broad range of individuals and communities build their healthy nest. In addition, we work with planners and governments on forms of area development that no longer exhaust our landscape and environment but instead restore it. By simultaneously meddling with the the tangible and the “bigger picture”, we transform entrenched systems.
