客户们想要生活的舒适的同时也感受到风的性质。而且无论身处住宅的何处，他们都可以感受到家庭。一个家庭之间的距离感；邻居们之间的距离感；城镇之间的距离感。每一个都是互相连接的，但是住宅却有一种适度的距离感。他们可以一起度过欢乐的时光，也可以独处。他们可以在这栋住宅中阅读，也可以在这里弹钢琴；他们在这里进餐，也在这里睡觉。这里有大的空间、小的空间、高的空间、矮的空间、明亮的空间、昏暗的空间……这里有阳关拂过、有风吹过；这里的气味芳香、声音回响……

住宅中有独立的空间，也有将这些独立空间连接起来的空间。考虑到情况处境，它们都能让人感到舒适。在书房里面，当人们打开窗户后，从山脉刮向大海的风会穿过住宅，令人感觉舒适无比。在平台上，家人们围绕着钢琴坐下，跟着钢琴的演奏一起表演，于是平台就被改成了舞台。在阳台上可以和邻居们闲聊，让这个家庭与城镇建立联系。这栋住宅引导着城镇。渐渐的，这栋住宅成为了城镇风景的一部分。
