长城脚下的温润总统套房

这个项目在设计之前,是受人之托去帮着业主看他们的要买的房子户型如何，然后再决定是否购买，因为业主相信设计师对户型未来的改造会更加敏感和专业。

Before the design of this project, I was entrusted to help the owner look at the house type they want to buy, and then decide whether to buy it, because the owner believes that the designer will be more sensitive and professional to the future renovation of the house type.

客厅以温润感性的暖灰作为主色调，材质上同样选用温暖质感的木纹和带有肌理感的石材，体现一种对质朴恬静生活的向往。

The living room is mainly made of warm grey with warm feeling, and wood grain and texture stone with warm feeling are also used in material, reflecting a yearning for a simple and quiet life.

房子原有的结构情况不是很理想，动线混乱不清晰，结构不合理。我们把原有客厅位置挪到了里面，改变楼梯位置，二层增加一个房间，扩大了使用面积。

The original structure of the house is not very ideal, moving line confusion is not clear, the structure is not reasonable. We moved the living room to the inside, changed the location of the stairs, and added a room on the second floor to expand the usable area.

纯白色空间仅以黑色线条划分，营造出另外一种独特情调。灰色作为点缀，有助于营造安静沉稳的空间基调。空间整体采用了自然的材料，石材和木材的搭配以暖灰色和清爽的白色墙面，显得十分干净简约。

Pure white space divides with black line only, build another kind of distinctive emotional appeal. Gray serves as an ornament, conduce to build quiet composed space fundamental key. The whole space is made of natural materials. The combination of stone and wood with warm gray and cool white walls makes it very clean and simple.

垂直的设计将日光区域与餐厅区分，被重新定义后的空间，通过新的视觉相互联系。大面积的落地窗彰显空间的大气与尺度，赋予空间轻松高雅的灵魂。这种布局，使阳光能够在一天中最合适的时段，以最理想角度照射进室内。创造出内外光影的相互作用，增强了开放的空间体验，使室内空间与外部环境产生紧密联系。这座房子的内部被创造性地剥离、重新配置。简而言之，是在一个大尺度上以现代的风格重新定义了住宅。

通透的空间把自然光线最大可能的让渡进室内。当你从一楼漫步到二楼，仿佛穿行在光的序列中，整个空间彼此贯通，贯穿楼层的书架和纯白的墙面形成了既冲突又协调的时尚感。带有弧度的灯具和墙面，打破了直线的沉寂感，用静态的线条演绎着灵妙的动感，强调双倍高度的空间。

Transparent Spaces allow the maximum possible amount of natural light into the interior. As you walk from the first floor to the second floor, it is as if you are walking through a sequence of light. The whole space is connected with each other, and the bookshelves and white walls that run through the floor form a fashion sense of conflict and harmony. The lamps and lanterns that contain radian and metope, broke the silence feeling of straight line, deducing clever feeling with static line, emphasize the space of double height.

主卧浅咖色的天然木饰面墙板，仿佛清水洗涤过的空间，读懂对生活本质的尊重。白色的床单、云灰色的床上用品，让整个空间简约干净却不失层次感。

原有阳光房漏水透风严重，我们重新翻新增加了一个活动区。

在设计期间我们做了很多设计效果的尝试，比如餐厅中间不要书架做了一个很大的壁炉，主要是为了展示我们特别炫酷的设计手法，和强烈的设计艺术表现形式，但是业主认为我们这个空间以后会更加的生活化，我们也在反思到底是设计在前还是应该业主的喜好生活在先，最后我们认为更应该尊重业主的真实生活的感受，把我们强大设计手法和天马行空的表现形式收一收。
