龙湖景粼天著项目地处新北区核心恐龙园板块，位于城市名片恐龙园西侧。东侧有一站式的教育资源：龙城小学和龙城中学以及项目自建幼儿园；还有常州博物馆、常州奥体、大剧院等市政配套；距离地铁 1 号线河海路站、新区公园站 500 米左右。项目周边成熟的商业配套和优质的自然资源，再加上龙湖集团自身的品牌价值，龙湖集团在常州打造了又一升级顶豪作品。项目周边构成以三横（河海路/珠江路/汉江路）两纵（晋陵路/青洋高架）为基准，已搭建起四通八达的交通网络。本项目约 2 公里即可通达沪蓉高速青龙枢纽，门口 500 米有地铁 1 号线两个站点（河海路站、新区公园站），以项目为中心通过公路网到达主要陆空港（常州奔牛国际机场/常州火车站/常州北站）约 6-30 公里车程。

户型可优化空间：

1. 厨房空间局促，餐厅空间太小。

2. 双阳台可优化至客厅的共享空间，独立出晾晒空间。

3. 书房空间可外拓。

4. 主卧飘窗占比过大，卧室活动空间略显紧凑。

5. 主卧内卫对着床是要避免，动线需要优化。

Unit can optimize the space：

1. The kitchen was cramped and the dining room too small.

2. Double Balcony can be optimized to the living room of the shared space, independent of the drying space.

3. The space of children’s room can be extended.

4. Master Bay window accounted for too large, bedroom activity space is slightly compact.

5. The positioning of the internal guards on the bed in the master bedroom is to be avoided, and the alignment needs to be optimized.

入户门边做一整排储物柜，连接至客厅电视背景，功能上满足了鞋柜以及客餐厅的储物功能，整体柜在美观上也达到了一致性。厨房做出延伸导台与餐桌相连，且设计了餐桌向外微突做出的一个参差感，餐桌后的过道尽量留大。客厅空间延伸至阳台，使客厅空间更加明朗大气，另一半阳台为独立的晾晒阳台，隐私性更好也不会影响客厅空间的美观。书房空间外拓，一整排书柜增加储物空间，又可以按主人的爱好摆放各种艺术摆件以及手办。主卧把飘窗拆除增加主卧空间，L 型的步入式衣帽间增加了储物也避免了卫生间对着床的尴尬。

A whole row of lockers is made beside the entrance door, connected to the TV background of the Living Room. The function of the lockers is satisfied with the storage function of the shoe cabinet and the living dining room. The kitchen extends to the dining room. The living room space extends to the balcony, so that the living room space more clear atmosphere, the other half of the balcony for independent drying balcony, better privacy will not affect the living room space aesthetic. The study space outside develops to do a whole row of bookcase to increase store thing space, can put all sorts of art to put the article as well as hand-made according to host’s hobby again. Master Bedroom Bay window removed to increase the master bedroom space, l-shaped walk-in cloakroom increased storage also to avoid the bathroom on the bed embarrassment.
