龙湖景粼天著项目地处新北区核心恐龙园板块，位于城市名片恐龙园西侧。

东侧一站式的教育资源：龙城小学和龙城中学以及项目自建幼儿园；常州博物馆、常州奥体、大剧院等市政配套；距离地铁 1 号线河海路站、新区公园站 500 米左右。

入户门设计了景观的玄关，增加了观赏性又使得空间划分更新加鲜明，入户 L 型的鞋柜加整体柜，大大增加了一楼的整体储物空间。

客厅和阳台互通，使空间最大化。将原楼梯拆除，在沙发后做弧形艺术楼梯。楼梯和客厅空间的融合，满足了功能性，弧形艺术楼梯又有一定的观赏性。

餐厅是在融入在一楼整体大空间之内的，将厨房做成半放式，功能上既能阻隔油烟又能使空间延展性增加，整体动线浑然一体。

The dining room is integrated into the whole large space on the first floor. The kitchen is made open to increase the ductility of the space, and the whole moving line is integrated.

来到二楼，主卧设计成整体套间自然是毋庸置疑，进入主卧进入眼帘的是一整个 U 型衣帽间，以及每个女生梦想中的首饰台。内卫的空间非常的充足，双台盆和浴缸自然是要具备，独立的马桶间不会让异味散发到主卧。独立的阳台满足了家中晾晒的需求，不影响其他空间的美观。

独立书房增加一排整体书柜，充足了二楼整体的储物空间，满足了业主对于工作学习的生活需求。
