一入玄关即为一开放空间，客听、玄关、走廊、餐厅，用微建筑的概念创造出一条私密的轴线，最适当的将楼层该有的机能，都缜密的收在这条轴线，合于空间。

全室采用简约的线条、纯粹的材料、利落的量体造型等元素，在现代化的住宅中，除了来自于经济层面的批量化需求，更强调纯粹美学。生活空间以四大主轴贯穿，分别为客听、玄关、餐厅、卧房空间。作为机能上的发展，辅以走廊横向动线及楼梯纵向动线串联，整体力求动线流畅及视觉开阔。

The whole room adopts simple lines, pure materials, neat volume modeling and other elements.
