新型金木组装家具 | 転柜与蝴蝶衣架

在家具中木材与金属材料的组合往往使用的是金属连接件，将螺丝拧进木材里去这一方式。但是由于木材与金属的材性的差异，这种方式久而久之会出现孔松动等的情况，不利于家具的长久使用。于是，在研究生阶段我将方向定在了新型组装家具的研究上。在满足功能的同时，利用材料本身的性能，创作具有造型美、结构优良、使用长久的组装家具。

In furniture, the combination of wood and metal materials often uses metal connections to screw the screws into the wood. However, due to the difference between wood and metal materials, this way of use can lead to pinhole loosening and other problems, which is not conducive to the long-term use of furniture. Based on this, in the postgraduate stage, I set my mind on the research of new assembly furniture. At the same time of satisfying functions, use the properties of materials to create furniture with beautiful shape, good structure and long usage.

蝴蝶衣架|The butterfly hanger

蝴蝶衣架，因其形似蝴蝶飞舞的样子故得其名。其是利用材料的形状这一特性完成组装的极简家具。

The butterfly hanger is named after its appearance of flying like a butterfly. This is a minimalist furniture that can be assembled by the shape of the material.

蝴蝶衣架的零部件很简单，两个金属框和一块木条。

The components of the butterfly hanger are very simple, that is two metal frames and a piece of wood.

金属框的中间部位设计有菱形框，与木块的菱形相呼应。衣架组装的过程非常地简单，将两个金属框叠放在一起，然后中间穿过菱形的木条即可。木条纵向有一定的宽度，木材材料可供选择。因此你可以在家中欣赏到自己比较喜欢的木材纹理。

The middle part of the metal frame is rhombohedral and echoed with the diamond of the block. The process of assembling the hanger is very simple. The two metal frames are stacked together, and then the diamond bar is passed through the middle.The wood strip has a certain vertical width, so you can enjoy the wood texture you like at home.

制作：弯曲、端面打磨、熔接、加热后淬火、喷涂、木条制作。

転柜|The cabinet

‘転’是中文‘转’的日文汉字。蓝天下，车载着轻轻的云，轱辘在不停地转呀转，这是个非常轻松自在的状态。而転柜也正是要传达这一心情。

‘転’is the Chinese character ‘转’ in Japanese. Under the blue sky, there is a gentle cloud in the car, and the wheels are constantly turning around. This is a very relaxed state, and the cupboard is intended to convey this feeling.

転柜是金属与木材的组装家具，由一个四方的木框架与四根黄铜支架组成，每支架上以一定角度熔接有两根短棍。

The cabinet is a furniture assembly of metal and wood, consisting of a wooden frame and four brass stents. Each bracket has two short sticks at a certain angle.

転的柜腿(金属支架)与柜身的组装方式是组装家具的一大创新处。将支架一端穿过通道到达限位孔，90度转动支架，最后施加轻力将短棍压入槽中。

This assembly structure is a major innovation of furniture assembly. Pass the end of the bracket through the channel to the limit hole, the 90 degree rotating bracket, and finally the short stick is pressed into the slot.

这种组装方式不同于金属连接件，去伤害材料本身，而是一种更加简单的方式，徒手便能快捷地完成组装。

This way of assembly is different from metal connectors which hurts the material itself, but a simpler way to complete the assembly quickly.
