      周口大数据产业园项目位于周口市城乡一体化示范区西部，毗邻周口市政府、体育馆、职业技术学院、肿瘤医院、植物园等公共配套设施；距离大广高速（周口东）约10km，距离高铁站约8km，交通便利，公共设施较为齐全，是周口市为贯彻习近平总书记关于实施国家大数据战略、加快建设数字中国的要求，落实《河南省大数据产业发展三年行动计划(2018—2020年)》，大力发展数字经济产业，倾力打造互联网+、大数据、云计算等产业集聚集群创新发展的平台。

       项目坚持高起点定位、高标准规划、高水平建设、高质量发展，推动大数据与城市的融合发展，利用大数据手段创新城市发展方式，推动区域经济社会可持续发展、拓展城市新空间，全力打造省内一流、国内领先、独具特色，集生产、生活、生态于一体的大数据中心。本项目集办公、文化、生态、金融、商业为一体，展现城市形象，成为周口城乡一体化示范区的甲级写字楼标杆！

Zhoukou Big Data Industrial Park is located in the west of Zhoukou Urban and Rural Integration Demonstration Zone, which is adjacent to Zhoukou Municipal Government, gymnasium, vocational and technical college, tumour hospital, botanical garden and, other public supporting facilities. It is about 10km away from Daguang Expressway (Zhoukoudong Station) and 8km away from the high-speed railway station, with convenient transportation and complete public facilities. Zhoukou requires to implement general secretary Xi Jinping's strategy of implementing the national big data strategy and speed up the construction of Digital China. It is also the implementation of

In this project, it adheres to high starting point positioning, high standard planning, high-level construction and high-quality development, and promotes the integrated development of big data and cities. Besides, it uses big data means to innovate urban development mode, promote regional economic and social sustainable development, expand new urban space, and strive to build a first-class, domestic leading, unique big data centre integrating production, life and ecology in the province. The project integrates office, culture, ecology, finance and commerce to express the city image and become a class A office building benchmark in Zhoukou urban and rural integration demonstration area.

-设计构思与推演-

      本方案的设计构思来源于数据盒，在建筑造型上，遵循建筑形式美法则，利用虚实对比和体块组合，各单元体块错落布置，打破单调的空间构成的同时，又不失其连续性，协调中富有变化，营造了更加灵动的空间组成，使建筑整体富有韵律感。

      项目地上部分共有2栋高层办公综合楼、3栋多层办公、5栋多层商业共同构成，7栋多层办公和多层商业有机布置在场地南侧，围合形成庭院。它们各自都设有大小不同的露台和屋顶花园。每栋建筑带独立垂直交通系统和卫生间等后勤辅助空间。错落围合的建筑空间结合内街和庭院景观设计以及东侧、南侧一层沿街商业空间营造，形成独特的多元文化办公园区。

The design concept of this scheme comes from a data box. In terms of architectural modelling, it follows the beauty principle of architectural form, uses the contrast between the real and the virtual and the combination of the blocks, and the blocks of each unit are arranged in disorder, breaking the monotonous spatial composition without losing its continuity. In addition, the harmony is full of changes, creating a more flexible space composition, making the whole building full of rhythm.

The above-ground part of the project consists of 2 high-rise office complexes, 3 multi-storey office buildings and 5 multi-storey commercial buildings. The multi-storey office building and multi-storey commercial building are organically arranged on the south side of the site to form a courtyard. Each of them has its terrace and roof garden with different sizes, and each building has its vertical transportation system, toilet, and other supporting spaces. Moreover, the scattered enclosed architectural space, combined with the landscape design of the inner street and courtyard, as well as the construction of the first-floor commercial space along the street in the east and south, forms a unique multi-cultural office park.
