序 言

Preface

家，作为最接近生活本质的居住场所，不仅仅是生活的物质容器，更是精神上的归属之地。故此，私宅设计一定是基于对居住者的充分了解之上进行构建，因为空间会随着岁月的流逝，见证、记录、留下美好的人生记忆。

Home, as the living place closest to the essence of life, is not only the material container of life, but also the spiritual place of belonging. Therefore, the design of private houses must be based on a full understanding of the occupants, because the space will witness, record and leave beautiful life memories with the passage of time.

本案在充分了解业主需求及建筑造型特点之后，决定保留建筑原有的结构形态，在空间已有的基础上，通过现代元素的运用与融入，以设计之言构建空间之美，为业主打造一个诗意的栖息居所。

In this case, after fully understanding the needs of the owner and the characteristics of the architectural shape, it was decided to retain the original structural form of the building. On the basis of the existing space, through the application and integration of modern elements, the beauty of the space was constructed in the words of design, and a poetic feeling was created for the owner.

归 家

Go Home

水，自古老的文明伊始，被赋予了万千含义。亦如，至善至柔，无穷无尽。

Water, since the beginning of ancient civilization, has been endowed with thousands of meanings. In the same way, perfection and tenderness are endless.

玄关，作为归家的第一处空间情感链接，以铺开的水波装置寄予了美好的寓意，层层涟漪也仿佛诉说着，欢迎归家。

The porch, as the first spatial emotional link of returning home, has a beautiful meaning with the spread out water wave installation, and the layers of ripples also seem to tell, welcome home.

流畅的线条与静止的水波装置，一静一动之间巧妙地展开空间的前行动线，指引着居住者抵达下一处目的地。

The smooth lines and the static water wave device subtly unfold the front line of the space between the static and the moving, guiding the occupants to the next destination.

光 影

light And Shadow

建筑位于十几年前建成的老小区，早已无法满足当下的居住需求，而采光极差，便首当其冲。悬空的电视背景墙，以最大限度地保证空间的通透之感。

The building is located in an old community built more than ten years ago, which has long been unable to meet the current living needs, and the lighting is extremely poor, so it bears the brunt. The suspended TV background wall ensures the maximum transparency of the space.

大自然的赠予，是空间最好的装点，随着光线的流动，空间的视觉焦点也随之流动起来。

The gift of nature is the best decoration for the space. With the flow of light, the visual focus of the space also flows.

客厅，是平日里与家人有机连接和能量交换的重要场所。大道至简，大面积的素白加以高耸的中空优势让空间变得更加纯粹自然。

The living room is an important place for organic connection and energy exchange with family members on weekdays. The avenue is simple, the large area of plain white and the high hollow advantage make the space more pure and natural.

辅以设计感极强的当代家具，方形的布艺沙发，圆形的极简茶几，方圆之间，尽显简约优雅的生活调性。

Supplemented with contemporary furniture with a strong sense of design, square fabric sofa, round minimalist coffee table, between the square and the circle, it shows the simple and elegant life tone.

形 态

Form

去掉装饰主义的繁复手法，由建筑的原始形态随着空间共同生长，流淌出独有的美感。

Removing the complicated techniques of decorativeism, the original form of the building grows with the space together, and a unique beauty flows out.

餐厅位于中庭下方，原有的建筑线条强势地宣告自己的主权，以定制的餐桌呼应原有的天花形态，至此，空间呈现一种同生共融的和谐之美。

The restaurant is located below the atrium. The original architectural lines strongly declare its sovereignty, and the customized dining table echoes the original ceiling shape. So far, the space presents a harmonious beauty of coexistence and harmony.

属于自然的木饰面，为空间注入更多温润清新的气息，而空间的透光性亦是我们考虑的重点，避免大铺面的木色带来的刻板印象，以现代感极强的玻璃进行功能切割。

The natural wood veneer injects more warm and fresh atmosphere into the space, and the light transmittance of the space is also the focus of our consideration, avoiding the stereotype caused by the wood color of the large pavement, and using the glass with a strong sense of modernity. Functional cut.

在保持采光的同时更透露着一丝对形式主义的克制，让功能与形式之间得以平衡。

While maintaining the lighting, it also reveals a restraint of formalism, so that the function and form can be balanced.

自恰

Comfortable

于细微处见知著，空间的品质无处不在。卧室里的木饰背景搭配暖灰色的地毯，线条干净流畅，以材料的本质让空间回归最纯粹的状态，在光的加持下，一切温度有迹可循。

Seeing works in the subtleties, the quality of space is everywhere. The wood decoration background in the bedroom is matched with a warm gray carpet. The lines are clean and smooth. The essence of the material returns the space to the purest state. With the blessing of light, all temperatures can be traced.

家是个体与个体组成的共体，在乎亲密关系，更在乎相互独立。

Home is a community composed of individuals and individuals. It cares about intimacy and independence.

书房的设立为自我留下静思的时间与空间，跳脱的艺术装置看似与空间没有任何交集，却将保留着居住者生活里的小小喜好，无形之中，空间中增添了更多的趣味性，是足够美的，亦是足以自洽的。

The establishment of the study room leaves time and space for self-contemplation. The escaped art installation does not seem to have any intersection with the space, but it will retain the small preferences in the life of the occupants. Invisibly, the space adds more interestingness, and it is beautiful enough and self-consistent enough.

基于对居住者及建筑形态的了解，让空间的一物一形得到恰如其分地安放。在时光流逝的过程中，留下生活的足迹，获得精神上的情感满足，这是我们所想传递及表达的设计情感。

Based on the understanding of the occupants and the architectural form, the objects and shapes of the space can be properly placed. In the process of the passage of time, leaving the footprints of life and obtaining spiritual emotional satisfaction is the design emotion we want to convey and express.
