WORDS IN FRONT

这户家庭的主人是一对年轻夫妇，自由职业，喜欢纯粹的现代空间，具有时尚的生活理念，可是这个房子需要跟老人一起居住，不能过于现代，要照顾老人传统的生活习惯，所以，在现代主义的设计思想之上，加入了“富有人情味”的现代美学，空间多采用「经典」设计，无论从硬装手法到软配装饰，都会有那种利落的简洁之美，然后用暖性的色彩去营造整个空间温暖柔和的氛围，个性化的装饰体现了居住者和设计师的巧思，具有年轻人活力的生活属性。

The owner of this family is a young couple, freelance, who likes pure modern space and has a fashionable concept of life. However, this house needs to live with the elderly and can not be too modern. It should take care of the traditional living habits of the elderly. Therefore, the modern aesthetics of "humanization" is added to the modernist design idea, and the space mostly adopts "classics" Design, from hard decoration to soft decoration, will have that kind of neat and concise beauty, and then use warm colors to create a warm and soft atmosphere of the whole space. 1/ 门厅

LOBBY

门厅空间大量使用原木色的木材、棉麻、天然石材等自然材质，

局部搭配黑色不锈钢，

使空间有种质朴感而又不失时尚的气质。

2/ 餐厅

DINNING ROOM

餐厅的空间中，

设计师在色彩上摒弃了惯用的深浅强对比的设计手法，

用中灰、米色以及暖灰这几种相近色进行弱对比，

以求达到一种温润舒适的视觉效果，

3/ 客厅

LIVING ROOM

电视主题墙使用了整块的灰蓝色石材，

用平面构成的方法竖向分割，

将装饰书架嵌入其中，

软装的画品也延续这种温润的色彩，

恰如其分的嵌入空间中，

与餐厅的葫芦形吊灯相得益彰，

而局部的抱枕鼓凳则选择了纯度较高的钻蓝和柠檬黄，

突出了空间的时尚感。

这是设计师的独特之处。

铁艺的花盆，种上精致小巧的多肉，

很有生活情趣，

这两盆多肉，业主自己在家里摆弄了很久才种出来，很费心了。

“自己的家，当然要用心了！”

这是每一个居住者的心声吧。

如今的业主对设计的认知度越来越高了，

硬装和软装的完整性的意识很清楚，

大多会自己主动去要求做很多布置家里的事情，

并参与其中，

这些小细节和居住者对生活自我的审美意识，

对设计师的作品都起到了很多的推动作用，值得欣喜。

4/ 卧室

MASTER BEDROOM

很多人并没有真正了解，

我们会用三分之一的生命来睡觉，

卧室安心的归属感尤为重要，

它的温暖和情调可以让你完全释放自我，

做最轻松自在的自己。

在这里，看似两边不对称的关系，

却自有它的温馨和趣味性，

这也透露出了主人的生活习性。

“成为自己”，应该是我们每个人所渴望的，

这便是以人为本的设计理念。

Many people don't really understand,

We spend a third of our lives sleeping,

A sense of belonging in the bedroom is particularly important,

Its warmth and mood can let you completely release yourself,

Be the most relaxed self.

Here, the seemingly asymmetric relationship between the two sides,

EPILOGUE

天然的江景赋予房子在生活上的独特气质，140平的高层住宅，视野开阔，遥望皆是风景。在硬装设计上，整体布局并没有很大的改动，保留了原先的三个房间，首先满足居住者的功能要求。并以简约的设计手法，摒弃繁琐的装饰，回到生活的原点，以人为本，营造一种温暖舒适的生活质感，体现人文精神。

不食人间烟火的纯现代空间，在落地日常生活的时候，总归会缺失一些温暖的生活感受，特别是与父母居住在一起的家庭，要更注意关照老人的生活方式，在新旧两代人共同生活的空间里，这个设计的界限和尺度，是需要设计师好好把握的。

“房子”变成“家”，充满关怀和投入，生活之中，是关于日子和人间清欢之间的味道，“住之美”在于设计师和居住者之间的人文关怀，这是设计师所传递的。

The natural river scenery endows the house with a unique temperament in life. The 140 square meter high-rise residence has a broad vision and is full of scenery in the distance. In the hard decoration design, the overall layout has not been greatly changed, and the original three rooms are retained to meet the functional requirements of residents first. And with simple design techniques, abandon cumbersome decoration, return to the origin of life, people-oriented, create a warm and comfortable life texture and reflect the humanistic spirit.

The pure modern space that does not eat human fireworks will always lack some warm life feelings when landing in daily life. Especially the families living with their parents should pay more attention to the lifestyle of the elderly. In the space where the old and new generations live together, the boundary and scale of this design need to be well grasped by the designer.

"House" becomes "home", which is full of care and investment. In life, it is about the taste between day and human happiness. "The beauty of living" lies in the humanistic care between designers and residents, which is conveyed by designers.
