窗洞门洞，框景如画，窥其景，取其意

本次案例是郑州的一个住宅项目，业主比较喜欢窗明几净的空间感觉，除必要的客厨卫空间外，还需两室，和书房。但房屋的承重墙体较多，厨房和餐厅空间较小，对空间布局规划设计有较大的限制，如何解决现有结构与业主功能需求之间的矛盾是本案要解决的重点。

设计思路：

现代主义建筑大师勒·柯布西耶曾经说：“建筑的历史就是为光线而斗争的历史，就是为窗子而斗争的历史”。为了解决功能需求的问题，我们把厨房移位，这样可以得到一个完整的客餐厅。同时以窗户为切入点。窗户作为建筑中不可或缺的元素，可以给予空间独特的视觉感受。客厅，书房，餐厅运用框景的设计手法，用不规则的窗洞设计，对建筑不规则形式加以强调，既有空间指向性，也使洞口透视景物形成聚焦，形成空间记忆点。窗限定了视野的尺度，犹如画框中的作品，给人无限的想象。

This case is a residential project in Zhengzhou, where the owners prefer the feeling of bright and clean space. In addition to the necessary space for guest, kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms and a study are also required. However, there are many load-bearing walls in the house, which limits the space of kitchen and dining room, and restricts the planning and design of the space layout. How to solve the contradiction between the existing structure and the owners’ functional requirements is the key point in this case.

 functional requirements, we relocate the kitchen so that a complete living and dining room can be obtained. At the same time, we take the window as the entry point of space.

As an indispensable element in architecture, windows can give a space a unique visual experience.

The living room, study, and dining room are designed by the method of framed scene using irregular window frames. This design emphasizes the irregular form of the building, which not only

give

s spatial directionality, but also focuses the perspective scenery of the opening, constituting a spatial memory point. Windows limit the scale of vision, just like works in picture frames, giving people unlimited imagination.
