方案构析

初始结构

1. 公共空间偏小，导致空间感缺乏大气感

2. 餐厨空间略显不足

3. 走廊过长，进一步导致光感缺乏

4. 房间数量过多，规划不够合理

Initial structure

1. The public space is too small, resulting in a lack of sense of space and atmosphere

终稿平面图

1.将整个公区打通，形成一个开阔的公区。

2.割让一部分儿童房空间给到餐厅。

3.走廊的墙打开，给到客厅空间。

4.规划出书房。

现代人的居住方式更多注重人。设计师便用用结构表达思想，将居住者的生活与空间融合。本案将空间布局最大化，让公共的区域更为敞阔。一个多功能区的设计，让阅读，喝茶，做手工都实现，为家注入喜好也注入灵魂。

The living style of modern people pays more attention to people. Designers use structure to express ideas, integrate the residents’ life and space. This case maximizes the spatial layout, makes the public area more open, and designs a multifunctional area. Let’s read, drink tea and do manual work, and inject love and soul into your home.

整体采用黑白灰色调，不同程度的配比充满层次感，相比于纯白纯黑，产生了一份多样感，透出沉静恬雅的空间魅力。

Black and white gray tone is adopted as a whole. The ratio of different degrees is full of layers. Compared with pure white and pure black, it produces a sense of diversity, showing the charm of quiet and elegant space.

设计师将公区做了最大化处理，使空间没有壁垒的阻隔。中间置入一方米色沙发柔和了空间，亦使灰色空间有了视觉的焦点。搭配大理石的边桌高级又耐看。

The designer maximized the public area. Make the space free of barriers. A sofa is placed in the middle to soften the space. It also gives the gray space a visual focus. The table with marble is superior and durable.

电视墙采用块面区分，加上悬空的柜面处理，令空间通透有了呼吸感。纹理和家具线条在优美的看似简洁的表面下，给人休闲轻松的感受。

The TV wall is divided by blocks, Plus the suspended cabinet treatment, Make the space transparent and have breathing. Texture and furniture lines in beautiful, Beneath the seemingly simple surface, Give people a feeling of leisure and relaxation.

身后的多功能区域融合了阅读、喝茶、做手工等功能，将极简的设计与高级格调相融合，这里就是日常生活的共有空间。以人的需求为设计目的，贯穿于整个空间。The multi-functional area behind us is merged Reading, drinking, doing work and other functions. Combine minimalist design with advanced style. This is the common space of daily life. Taking human needs as the design purpose, throughout the whole space.

一旁的预留阳台为感受四季间的变化提供了端口。秉持着师法自然的态度，去实现人与环境美好的互动关系。

The reserved balcony on the side is for feeling. The change between four seasons provides a port. Adhere to the attitude of learning from nature. To realize a interaction between people and space.

餐厅与厨房保持着紧邻与开放。开放式的处理使空间显得更加宽敞，节省了空间，在下厨时视野也更开阔，手上不停歇的同时还能顾看到家人。

The restaurant and kitchen are close and open.

踏入走廊，第一间卧室便是儿童房。它划分出了部分空间给到餐厨区，但功能性也并没有缺失。内里的设计照顾到了孩子的喜好，天蓝的空间让他的天地充满色彩。

Step into the corridor and the first bedroom is the children’s room. It has divided part of the space into the kitchen, but there is no lack of functionality. Design takes account the children’s preferences. The blue space filled his world with color.

主卧则延续了整体的灰色度。床头采用线条饰面板做了空间装饰，视觉上增高了层高又丰富了造型。

The master bedroom continues the gray. The bedside is decorated with line panel. Visually, it increases the floor height and shape.

书房空间整体色调安静。空间中深灰与浅灰相互交映。用优雅低调色彩把持全局。使整体空间宁静感性。In space, dark gray and light gray reflect. Control the overall situation with elegant and low-key colors. Make the whole space quiet and perceptual.
