方案构析

我们看到原始户型之后，发现：

1.阳台使用率不高影响了公共空间的使用

2.房间过多，实际使用率低下

3.主卧功能性不够完善

1. 将阳台纳入整个空间设计为 LDK 形式，满足大空间

2. 将房间改为三室，预留次卧与休闲室

3. 主卧大面积打开，形成开放式卫生间与衣帽间

Final plan

1. Incorporate the balcony into the whole space and design it in the form of LDK to meet the needs of large space

2. Change the room into three rooms, and reserve secondary bedrooms and leisure rooms

3. The master bedroom is opened in a large area to form an open toilet and cloakroom

本案是只属于两位主人翁的天地。平时只有二人居住，在功能设计上，都是以两人的舒适性为主要考虑。他们性格自由洒脱，热爱生活，追求家的质感与生活的趣味性。在设计上我们品质感与细节并重，力图还原他们所期望的惬意家。

This case belongs to only two masters.Only two people live in the functional design.They are free and easy, and love life.Pursue texture of home and the interest of life.We attach equal importance to quality and detail.Try to restore the cozy home they expect.

入户区域采用棕色调玻璃砖，打造与整体空间色调一致的视觉感。它半透明的效果保证了私密，同时也能用来装饰遮隔和分割空间。

Brown tinted glass bricks are used in entry area. Create a sense consistent with the overall space. Its translucent effect ensures privacy. It can also be used to decorate and space.

因着它的色调独特性，这种砖并不易于配适，多番辗转才终于找到匹配的。所幸其高级的颜色质感，达到了我们想要的简约感。Because of its unique hue, this kind of brick is not easy to fit. After many twists and turns, finally found it. Fortunately, its advanced color texture achieves the simplicity we want.

内里的整体空间采取轻侘寂的设计，应用木质感、石材等朴素自然的元素，通过简约舒适的家具布置。

The space inside adopts light and quiet design. Apply simple and natural elements, such as woodiness and stone. Through simple and comfortable furniture layout.

电视墙设计了全嵌入式，同时设计了加宽的石材地台。并且电视墙我们做了多次尝试，最后由洞石质感改为哑光感，采用石材酸洗的方式，营造出自然复古的视觉效果。

The whole embedded is designed for the TV wall.

A widened stone platform is designed.

And we have tried many times on TV wall.

Finally, the cave stone is changed to matte.

Adopt the method of stone pickling.

Create a natural retro visual effect.

北极熊沙发是主人翁一早相中，这次设计便运用其中。风格萌趣，造型独特，像一只懒洋洋的北极熊在享受阳光，为空间增添了慵懒的气质。

Polar bear sofa is the owner’s favorite. This design is used in it. Cute style and unique shape. Like a lazy polar bear enjoying the sun. Add a lazy temperament to the space.

整面落地玻璃隔离了内部空间与外部。雪白飘逸的窗纱柔柔透光，注入宁静温和的力量，在自然慵懒之气中闲享时光。

The glass separates the interior from the exterior. The snow-white elegant window screen is soft and translucent. Inject calm and gentle power. Enjoy time in the natural laziness.

西厨操作台+岛台组合为二字型操作空间。用质朴的天然石材作为餐桌，整个空间充满朴素自然的质感。

The combination of western kitchen console is a two-shaped operation space.

Use plain natural stone as the dining table.

Space is full of simple and natural texture.

餐厅的吊灯协调了空间感。用宣纸这种柔和的材质，与室内石材及玻璃砖形成对比，让空间达到了一种和谐感。

The chandelier in the restaurant coordinates the sense of space.

Use rice paper as a soft material.

Contrast with indoor stone and glass brick.

Let the space achieve a sense of harmony.

岛台后的空间则是休闲区域。

靠窗位置坐地台设计。

平日可以在这个地方品茗闲谈。

The space behind the island is a leisure area.

You can have tea and chat in this place.

墙体做了凿空形式，与客餐厅形成一个半隔断的形式，并且加入绿植让整个空间生动自然。

主卧因功能性的完善做了结构调整。主卧采用开放式的卫生间，双洗手台为日常提供便利，同时外置的设计扩大了空间感。

整体仍然保持着轻侘寂的风格。粗陶棕的做旧吊灯为空间增添了内敛沉静的安稳氛围。The overall style remains light and quiet. The antique chandelier of coarse pottery Brown adds to the space An introverted and calm atmosphere.

次卧作为备用延续了整体风格，更增添柔和沉稳的色调。仿佛这里的一切都只能是柔软的，抛却坚硬的时间与沉重的疲惫。

钱芬

空一筑造主创设计师

第一次在见到业主的时候并没有觉得有很投缘，沟通后双方相互了解后，做出了完全符合业主的空间诉求，也越来越投缘，或许是性格相似。

对于我而言，无论是作为设计师还是作为朋友，我很喜欢业主的状态，生活得自由与洒脱，享受着属于自己的生活，感受生活的意义，在远离尘嚣与追求趣味之间，在追求平衡与质感之间。我会想象着如果我到了这个年龄又会是何种心态来看待生活。

断断续续的整个装修花了一年多的时间，如今回想来，有遇到过土建施工的拖拉，如何完整的将玻璃砖嵌入，吊顶时和木工师傅在现场的比对，电视墙面的重新设计，石材市场的海淘，嵌入玻璃隔断的反复对接，洗手台面商家的协商，还有一次工地差点晕倒...一切历历在目，一切空间面貌显现出来。待晨起熹微氤氲着薄雾，等暮色四起晕染着黄昏，或与惬意慵懒一同跌入温软的沙发里，唯愿是如此罢了。
