方案构析

我们看到原始户型之后，发现：

1.房间数远大于一人居住的实际使用情况。

2.主卧衣帽间容积量不够。

3.厨房空间不能满足业主使用需求。

4.阳台利用率低。

After seeing the original house type, we found that:

1. The number of rooms is much larger than the actual use.

2. The main bedroom cloakroom is not spacious enough.

3. The area of the restaurant is too small.

4. Low balcony utilization.

1. 改造客厅区域，将阳台纳入室内作为客餐厅使用

2. 扩大衣帽间，将空间合理运用。

3. 将卫生间三分离，提高实际使用情况

4. 扩大厨房面，增加操作台，提升便利性

Final draft plan

1. Transform the living room area and bring the balcony into the room as a guest dining room

2. Expand the cloakroom and make rational use of the space.

3. Separate the three toilets to improve the actual use

4. Expand the kitchen surface, increase the console and improve the convenience

凡玄色者，在緅缁之间，其六入者与。玄色被认为夜里天空的本色，介于月已落，日未出之间。至此玄色则代指为黑色。The black is between dark and blue. Black is considered the true color of the sky at night. Between the setting of the moon and the sunrise. So far, black refers to black.

在室内设计中黑色的空间相对较少。

暗黑系给人的感觉偏冷。

但通过精巧的设计，反而显得高级且利落。

In interior design, there are relatively few black spaces.

The Diablo system feels cold.

But through exquisite design, on the contrary, it appears advanced and neat.

黑与灰的接洽让空间的层次感凸显出来。不同程度的灰色沉降于地面，配合大面积的黑色柜面与石材，再加入轻奢系的金色作为辅助色提升空间高级感。

餐桌采用深棕色系与之搭配，结合木质与黑色石材，再加上暖黄色的灯光，出乎意料的给人一种烟火气。The dining table is dark brown，Combination of wood and black stone，Plus the warm yellow light，Unexpectedly, it gives people a kind of smoke and anger.

开放式厨房与操作台在黑色的基调下，深沉与稳重的格调一览无余。无需装点其他色彩，静雅与华贵感便油然而生。

The open kitchen and console are in a black tone. Deep and steady style at a glance. No need to decorate other colors. A sense of elegance and luxury arises spontaneously. *空间 SU 概念图

高明度的深灰与黑色相结合，并不会使得卧室显得局促压抑，反而层次分明和自然流畅的特点得以表现。
