方案构析

我们看到原始户型之后，发现：

1. 房间规划不符合实际居住人口数量。

2. 主卧储藏空间缺乏。

3. 儿童房不够宽裕。

4. 阳台功能性重复。

After seeing the original house type, we found that:

1. The room planning does not conform to the actual number of residents.

2. Lack of storage space in master bedroom.

3. The children’s room is not enough.

4. Functional duplication of balcony.

4.阳台与客厅连通，同时设计极简落地窗

After seeing the original house type, we found that:

1.4 to 3, leaving 3 bedrooms

2. The master bedroom is widened and large and small cloakrooms are designed

3. The children’s room uses the original balcony space to design a learning space

4. The balcony is connected with the living room, and minimalist French windows are designed at the same time

极简是通过线条和肌理来凸显质感和颜值，极简客厅就没有过多的产品陈列，保留较大的活动空间。Minimalism must highlight the texture and appearance through lines and texture. There is not too much product display in the living room, leaving a large activity space.

空间的两面是黑与白的对峙，但是在灰的过渡下又显得恰如其分。

The two sides of space are between black and white, but it is appropriate under the transition of gray.

电视墙也并未做过多的修饰，纯白墙面勾勒出一股别致的氛围体验。

The TV wall has not been decorated too much. The pure white wall outlines a unique atmosphere experience.

客厅的沙发颜色与餐厅木饰面的深灰融为一体，纺布材质的手感与触感让客厅变得温和。

The color of the sofa in the living room is integrated with the dark gray.

The feel and touch of the textile material make the living room gentle.

靠窗的顶面黑色的轨道射灯顺着大客厅延展，一边则是造型极简的玻璃滑门，落地窗形式让光线更无阻拦的进入里间，充满光线和空气。On baclony, the black track spotlight extends along the living room. On one side, there is a simple glass sliding door. The ceiling window allows the light to enter filled with light and air.

卧室再次持续这类暗黑设计风格，卧室也并未多设置墙面的壁垒，而是设计了全玻璃式主卫，令空间更通透，同时也增加了一份意趣。The bedroom dark design style, it does not set more wall barriers, designs an all glass master bathroom, which makes more transparent and adds an interest at the same time.

而儿童房则是充满了反差萌，柔和的配色与精心配置的落地灯，处处显露着对孩子的关爱。

The children’s room is full of contrast and cute.

The soft color matching and carefully configured floor lamps show love for children everywhere.
