本案不受原始户型的束缚，根据屋主实际居住需求，在空间上做了更为合理的改动，使居家舒适性得到最大化的满足，保留着空间感与家居体验的双重感受。

This case is not bound by the original type. According to the actual living needs, more changes have been made in space to maximize the satisfaction of home comfort. It retains the dual feeling of space and home.

删繁就简的设计，

与皮料、布艺、金属、石材，

各种材质间的碰撞，

每一种，都是格调生活的见证。

The simplified design,

the collision with leather, cloth,

metal and stone materials,

each of which is the witness of style life.

客厅是整个空间的灵魂，除了“门面担当”外，更兼简洁的外型及实用的功能主义。石材与优雅的大地色搭配，让客厅看起来别有一番艺术感。

The living room is the soul of the whole space. In addition to "facade responsibility", it also has a concise appearance and practical functionalism. The combination of stone and Brown makes the living room look artistic.

石材是贯穿现代轻奢装修的经典元素，好的材质纹路清晰天然，颜色洁净，更具自然特质。

Stone is a classic element through modern luxury decoration. Good materials have clear natural lines, clean colors and more natural characteristics.

餐厨的设计亦十分简洁。

左右分区，将功能性区分，

木质感材质为此处增添了自然气息。

在烹饪与品尝珍馐的同时也得到很好的放松。

The design of the kitchen is also very simple. The left and right zones distinguish the functions, and the woody materials add a natural flavor here. While cooking and tasting delicacies, they also get a good relaxation.

黑色石材的吧台增添了生活品质感。闲暇时取酒小酌，畅聊一二。静下来感受生活的快意与舒心。

The black stone bar adds quality of life. Take a drink and chat in your spare time. Calm down and feel the joy and comfort of life.

主卧将阻隔拆除，形成功能完备的套房。右边为睡眠区，左边则是卫生间。

The master bedroom forms a fully functional suite. The sleeping area is on the right, the bathroom is on the left.

过道则充分利用为衣帽储存区，功能完备，空间的动线也更加合理。

the aisle is fully used as storage area. The function is complete and the line of the space is more reasonable.

灰与粉经典搭配与天真无邪的可爱玩具相辅相成，是孩子快乐成长的乐活天地。

The classic gray and powder with innocent and lovely toys complement each other, which is a happy world for children.
