卓伯根（ZURBRÜGGEN）的项目是我们第一次和德国知名设计师汉克先生的合作，此方案设计充分展现了国内设计师和国际设计师在设计思维上面的高度碰撞和融合，为打造卓伯根中国区的首批地产项目发挥了无穷的作用。

[设计理念]

Design concept

卓伯根德国总设计师汉克的设计理念及意向贯穿整个设计，为了更好的体现设计价值，我们将西方古典艺术与现代结合，以古典感、现代感、科技感、机械感为方向。效果图方案中借以毕加索、蒙德里安设计定位，展现出德式设计的尊贵、庄重、富丽、典雅、人与自然的设计理念。

In order to better reflect the design value, we will combine the western classical art with the modern, with the classical, modern, scientific and technological sense, the sense of machinery as the direction, through the design positioning of Picasso and Piet Mondrian, the renderings show the noble, solemn, rich, elegant, human and natural design concepts of German design.

General Plan

结合德式的建筑设计，展示室内设计及德式工艺与国人居家环境的融合。在地面和墙面的材质选择上，我们遵循汉克先生的设计理念，让室内设计元素和建筑外立面风格相呼应，考虑以石材为主，格栅为点缀，更好的展示了空间的面貌。

Combining the German architectural design, displaying the interior design and the fusion of the German craft and the Chinese home environment. In the choice of the material of the ground and the wall surface, we follow Mr. Hanke’s design philosophy to match the elements of the interior design with the exterior of the building, and consider the stone as the main, the grid as the ornament, better showing the face of the space.

前台造型和电梯门套等局部造型里加入了格栅的设计来呈现一种现代感和机械感的味道。

大堂进入电梯厅区域，设计中采用简化的古典大理石门套作为衔接处也是更好的将古典艺术与现代装饰设计相结合。

The design of the Grille is added to the local models such as the front desk model and the elevator door cover to present a modern and mechanical taste. Lobby into the Elevator Hall area, the use of simplified classical marble doors as a joint is also a better combination of classical art and modern decorative design.

地下室的前室空间是一楼大堂的设计延续，浅色沙发和地毯再配上大型抽象装饰画来中和整个深色调性空间，感受软装带来的美感。

The front room of the basement is a continuation of the ground floor lobby, where light colored sofas and rugs are paired with large abstract paintings to neutralise the dark tone of the space and feel the beauty of the soft furnishings.

我们每一层的背景装饰画和吊灯选择了不一样的类型，达到整体设计的平衡，让空间充满不一样的味道。

We each layer of the background decorative paintings and chandeliers choose a different type, to achieve the balance of the overall design, so that the space is filled with a different flavor.

标准层的电梯厅墙面使用了格栅与玫瑰金的交错设计方式，顶天立地，充分体现线条感，机械感。

挑高的大堂由于比较狭长，我们在椅子的分布和墙面造型设计上采用分段形式来压低整体空间感，再通过德式吊灯来融合整体空间，使空间有不一同的视觉体验

Because of the long and narrow height of the lobby, we use the sectional form in the distribution of chairs and the design of the wall surface to reduce the overall sense of space, and then through the german-style Chandelier to integrate the overall space, so that the space has a different visual experience.

整体照明方案我们考虑到墙面石材的吸光性，为保证日常照明和节能要求，在顶面设计上我们结合了现代设计的手法，基本采用直线条平顶设计，大面积使用白色涂料增加光线反光率。

灯源选择上顶面主要采用 LED 节能灯源，灯源应具有防眩光或限制眩光功能，以节能筒灯+灯带+主灯的形式展现出更为现代的视觉效果，在保证灯光氛围的同时也保证了正常光照和节能要求。

灯光采用分区控制，可以根据季节、天气等情况分别选择主照明、补充照明和氛围照明。

Overall lighting scheme we consider the light absorption of metope stone, in order to ensure the daily lighting and energy-saving requirements, in the top design we combined modern design techniques, the basic flat-top design with straight lines, use White paint on large areas to increase the reflectivity of light. The top surface of the light source is mainly LED energy-saving light source. The light source should have the function of anti-glare or limiting glare. The form of energy-saving downlight + belt + main light shows more modern visual effect, at the same time, the normal lighting and energy-saving requirements are guaranteed. The lighting is controlled by zones, and the main lighting, supplementary lighting and atmosphere lighting can be selected according to the seasons and weather conditions.
