Youth is the base color of Shenzhen, and efficiency and efficiency are the labels of this young city. Since the establishment of the Special Economic Zone in 1980, Shenzhen has made great achievements in all aspects and created a rare miracle in the history of industrialization, urbanization and modernization in the world. From a small fishing village to a bustling international metropolis, it is an inspiring city of creativity and just the right amount of ambition. It is also an ideal city.

卓越闽泰云奕府，诞生于这座年轻的城市，被城市的阳光及雨露滋养着，地理位置优渥，位于深圳机场周边。道胜设计通过艺术探索这广阔的土地，以及鲜活的精神文化。云奕府通过设计讲述关于城市的故事，以艺术为空间注入城市文化基因。

Zhuoyu Mintai Yunyi House was born in this young city, nourished by the sun and rain of the city, and conveniently located near Shenzhen Airport. Daosen Design explores this vast land and lively spiritual culture through art. Yunyi Mansion tells the story of the city through design and injects urban cultural gene into the space with art.

蒋勋曾说过：“我去江南游园的时候，最感动我的部分是我发现曾经读过的古典文学在那里都出现了。所有朋友都说你怎么走得那么慢，因为对联会让你停下来，石头上的一句诗，也会让你停下来。”

Jiang Xun once said, "When I went to the garden in Jiangnan, the most touching part was that I found all the classical literature I had read there. All my friends say how can you walk so slowly, because the couplets will make you stop, and a poem on a stone will also make you stop."

正式踏入接待前厅，两个如同对望的喇叭形成的艺术装置瞬间吸人眼球。此刻才恍然大悟，室外之景是室内之景的铺垫，就像拼图一样，拿到一个碎片，或许不知所云，将碎片收集在一起，主题才浮出水面。

When I stepped into the reception hall, two art installations formed like horns facing each other instantly attracted people’s attention. At this moment, I suddenly realize that the outdoor scene is the foreshadowing of the indoor scene, just like a jigsaw puzzle. When I get a piece, maybe I don’t know what it is, I gather the pieces together, and the theme emerges.

深圳作为南部海滨城市，毗邻香港，深港之间在过去的几十年里，互相影响，取长补短，两座城市无论是地理上，还是人文上，都深深地连接在一起。以聆听为主题的“耳廓”艺术装置，相互对立，相互联系，共同捕捉来自不同方向的声音，以及如同纽带般形状的接待台，都是对于港深关系的一种美妙隐喻，以艺术隐喻着城市文化，象征着港深之间密不可分的关系。

As a southern coastal city, Shenzhen is adjacent to Hong Kong. In the past decades, Shenzhen and Hong Kong have influenced each other and learned from each other. Both geographically and culturally, the two cities are deeply connected. The "Auricle" art installation with the theme of listening is opposite and connected to each other, capturing sounds from different directions together, and the reception desk in the shape of a bond. It is a wonderful metaphor for the relationship between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, symbolizing the inseparable relationship between Hong Kong and Shenzhen with art as a metaphor for urban culture.

沙盘展示区利用高新技术，打造一个辽阔壮远的世界，仿佛置身于城市的包围当中，城市印象也从平面走向立体，颠覆传统销售中心对于沙盘展示区的想象。

The sand table exhibition area uses high and new technology to create a vast and strong world, as if surrounded by the city, and the impression of the city also changes from plane to three-dimensional, subverting the imagination of the traditional sales center for the sand table exhibition area.

对于道胜设计来说，不能仅从室内美学的角度去考虑设计，更应该将项目当做一个美妙的微型世界去打造。“就像古代的住宅，从来都不是由单独的建筑组成，而是容纳山川草木。住宅和园林，往往你中有我，我中有你”。设计师如是说。

For Daosheng Design, we should not only consider the design from the perspective of interior aesthetics, but also treat the project as a wonderful miniature world to create. "Like the ancient house, it was never made up of a single building, but contained mountains and trees. House and garden, often have me, I have you," said the designer.

齐泽克曾评论过大卫林奇的电影：“将由幻象所支撑的传统‘现实感’一方面分解为纯净的、绝对的现实，另一方面分解为幻象，这意味着，现实和幻象再也不是垂直的关联（幻象在现实之下，支持现实），而是水平地交错（现实和幻象平行出现）。”

He once commented on David lynch movies, "will be supported by the illusion of traditional" reality is decomposed into pure and absolute reality on the one hand, on the other hand is decomposed into illusion, this means that, reality and illusion is no longer the vertical correlation (under illusion in reality, support the reality), but staggered horizontally (parallel) reality and illusion.

洽谈区因空间层高不高，设计师巧妙地在天花上采用镜面的材料，增加了视觉的景深，从而将空间无限地进行延伸。天花映射现实，呈现出美妙的幻象，宛如大卫林奇的电影，现实和幻象水平地交错着，共同交织着奇幻的梦境。

Negotiation area because the height of the space is not high, the designer cleverly uses mirror material on the ceiling, increases the depth of field of vision, thus infinitely extending the space. The ceiling reflects the reality, presenting a wonderful illusion, just like the movie of David Lynch, where the reality and illusion are horizontally interwoven, interweaving the fantasy dream together.

宛如水中月，镜中花，设计师将空间构筑成一幅画，影也如画，虚实结合，相得益彰。游走其中，人变成画中之景，水中倒影，光照射进来，将整个画面变成一首立体的诗歌。

Just like the moon in the water, the flower in the mirror, the designer builds the space into a picture, the shadow is picturesque, the combination of virtuality and reality brings out the best in each other. Walking among them, people become the scene in the painting, the reflection in the water, the light shines in, the whole picture into a three-dimensional poem.

温润的木质家具融入其中，却也不觉得突兀。谈及设计的思路，设计师直言：“我想表达的是，深圳作为科技之城，虽高速变化着，转动着，但所特有的人文温情依然动人。”

Lukewarm wooden furniture blends in among them, but also does not feel abrupt. Speaking of the design idea, the designer said bluntly: "What I want to express is that Shenzhen, as a city of science and technology, is changing at a high speed, but its unique humanistic warmth is still moving."

如果可以带着涉足山水的心境，进入自己的居所，那有趣程度不亚于探险之旅中，所经过的高山和蝴蝶漫舞的丛林。

If you can enter your home with the mind of dabbling in mountains and rivers, it will be no less interesting than the mountains and forests where butterflies dance during your adventure.

作为室内的延伸，设计师将洽谈区搬到室外，由此形成室外的小庭院。利用地面的高低落差，采用下沉式的设计手法，营造宛如“亭”般的空间。“亭者，停也。人所停集也。”停歇于此，听风看景，见夏意迫不及待延伸而进，便是人生好时节。

As an extension of the interior, the designer moved the negotiation area outdoors, thus forming a small outdoor courtyard. Make USE OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE height AND height of the ground, use the design technique of sinking type, build the space like "pavilion". "Pavilion, stop. People stop collection also." Stop here, listen to the wind and see the scene, see summer meaning can’t wait to extend into, is a good time of life.
