「天氣常如二三月，花枝不斷四時春」，這是明代楊慎對昆明的評價。昆明被冠以「春城」之美名，它寧靜、溫馨四季如春，風景宜人舒適得像天堂。

"The weather is always like February and March, and the flowering branches are constantly in spring," said Yang Shen of the Ming Dynasty about Kunming. Kunming is known as the "Spring City", which is quiet, warm and comfortable like spring in all seasons, and the scenery is as comfortable as paradise.

01項目·介紹

昆明·清風明月頤養中心位於雲南省昆明市呈貢區陽春大道中段，目前被列為雲南省康養的重點項目。本項目為雲南建投集團桃花源清風明月項目的康養板塊，總建築面積為 51900 平方米，規劃 1500 個床位，功能劃分有：記憶障礙、全護理、協助護理、喘息服務、獨立居住等不同的服務類型。

Kunming-Qingfeng Mingyue Summer Care Center is located in the middle section of Yangchun Avenue, Chenggong District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, and is currently listed as a key project of recreation and health care in Yunnan Province. This project is the recreation section of Yunnan Construction Investment Group’s Taoyuan Qingfeng Mingyue project, with a total construction area of 51,900 square meters and 1,500 beds planned. The functions are divided into different service types: memory impairment, full care, assisted care, respite service, independent living, etc.

02 設計·起源

九唐接任了康養公寓 2 號樓、4 號樓以及配套附屬樓的室內與軟裝設計，該項目設計輸入國際康養管理團隊的運營理念，與開發商達成高度共識：我們將昆明獨有的環境融入設計的細枝末節之中，為長者建築一處極具本土情懷的療愈身心的舒適天地，提供完善的養老服務，塑造成西南地區的養老名片。

Jiu Tang has taken over the interior and soft furnishing design of Building 2, Building 4 and the ancillary annexes of the Convalescent Residence. The design of this project is based on the operation concept of the international Convalescent Management Team, and we have reached a high level of consensus with the developer: we will integrate the unique environment of Kunming into the details of the design, and build a comfortable place for the elderly to heal their body and mind with a strong local sentiment, and provide comprehensive senior care services, shaping it into a senior care card in the southwest.

03 空間·理念

步入接待大廳，整體色調是自然溫潤的原木色調，墻面用平和的木飾面構築，局部點綴藏藍色給空間增加流動的色彩，溫暖的顏色既符合了康養人群的視覺感受也為居住者和客人指引了歸屬的方向。

Entering the reception hall, the overall tone is natural and warm log color, the walls are constructed with calm wood veneer, partially embellished with navy blue to add a flowing color to the space, the warm color not only meets the visual feeling of the recreation crowd but also guides the direction of belonging for the residents and guests.

電梯串連起樓上樓下的公共區域，運用色彩行為學，將綠色生態的自然元素及多變的材質風格進行合理搭配，營造兼具功能性和舒適靈動的空間氛圍。周邊設置了若幹休息座椅，長者可在廊道裏，舒適放松地休息交談。

The elevator connects the upstairs and downstairs public areas, using color behavior, green ecological natural elements and variable material styles to create a functional and comfortable space atmosphere. A number of resting seats are set up around the perimeter, where the elderly can rest and talk in comfort and relaxation in the corridor.

長者們可能會因為記憶力退化，對周圍的環境感到陌生，從而出現緊張和不安的情緒。走廊過道原木色的陳設與暖色系燈光的配搭，營造出一種溫馨的氛圍，有助於長者松弛緊張的神經，讓長者的情緒更加放松、平和。

Seniors may experience tension and anxiety due to memory deterioration and unfamiliarity with their surroundings. The corridor aisle’s original wood-colored furnishings and warm color lighting match to create a warm atmosphere that helps the elderly relax their nervousness and make them more relaxed and calm.

根據長者的行為與心理特征，設計師科學嚴謹地進行空間布局與用品選擇，所有造型線條洗練利落，色彩搭配素雅簡淡。空間布局中的家具點陣式鋪裝擺放，考慮行為動線的安全活動距離。嚴格把握「物與物」、「人與物」的尺度，易於長者伸手取物。

According to the behavior and psychological characteristics of the elderly, the designer scientifically and rigorously carried out the layout of space and the selection of supplies, all modeling lines are clean and sharp, and the color matching is elegant and simple. The furniture in the space layout is placed in a dotted pattern, and the safe activity distance of the behavior line is considered. Strictly grasp the scale of "things and things" and "people and things", so that it is easy for the elderly to reach out for things.

考慮到認知癥長者視覺能力下降，空間中多采用明亮色調，桌椅配置等用靛青、琥珀色為主，墻面以暖調的牙色整體提亮。通過環境影響，有利於激發認知癥長者的正向情緒，延緩長者病情發展。

In consideration of the cognitive elderly’s reduced visual ability, bright colors are used in the space, with indigo and amber as the main colors for table and chair configurations, and the walls are brightened with warm dental colors as a whole. Through the influence of the environment, it is conducive to stimulate the positive emotions of the cognitive elderly and slow down the development of their illness.

衛生間作為洗浴空間和方便場所，使用頻率較高，同時也是長者發生意外的高頻場所。

衛生間地面采用無高差排水設計，及時排水，避免長者滑到；馬桶旁設置安全支撐扶手，增強馬桶兩側的支力點，方便長者如廁後起身；洗浴位置放置助浴椅，提高長者洗浴時的舒適度。

As a bathing space and a convenient place, the bathroom is used more frequently and is also a high frequency place for the elderly to have accidents. The bathroom floor is designed with non-differential drainage to drain water in time to prevent the elderly from slipping; safety support handrails are set next to the toilet to enhance the support points on both sides of the toilet to facilitate the elderly to get up after using the toilet; bathing chairs are placed at the bathing location to improve the comfort of the elderly when bathing.▼衛生間適老化
