商業空間是什麽呢？是活動的區域、是展品的舞臺、是設計師賦予魅力的方寸之地。一個好的商業空間設計，不僅能帶給消費者絕佳的購物體驗，還能帶動其商業價值的提升。為空間賦能，並通過空間運營，為消費者打造不同的生活場景，滿足消費者追求的生活方式和美好生活的願望，從而為商業地產資產增值，對我們既是一種機遇，又是一種挑戰。

What is a commercial space? It is an area for activities, a stage for exhibits, and a square inch of space given charm by designers. A good commercial space design not only brings consumers an excellent shopping experience, but also drives its commercial value. It is both an opportunity and a challenge for us to empower the space and create different life scenes for consumers through space operation to meet their pursuit of lifestyle and desire for a better life, thus adding value to commercial real estate assets.

當人們對疫情逐漸習以為常，目光也開始轉向對廣闊世界更加豐富與多元內容的感知。那麽，如何通過設計的手段去抓住機遇、迎接挑戰、提升空間的價值呢？這也讓我們有了更多的思考，去探索最佳的商業空間設計。

As people become accustomed to the epidemic, their eyes are turning to the perception of richer and more diverse contents of the wide world. So, how to seize the opportunity, meet the challenge and enhance the value of space by means of design? This also gives us more thoughts to explore the best commercial space design.

傳統與現代，融合激蕩

從吸收中變化，在變化中融合，將傳統文化以現代的藝術手法運用在空間中，以現代的國潮形式，探尋傳統力量在未來的表現方式，詮釋出一種嶄新的商業空間。

From the absorption of change, in the change of integration, the traditional culture with modern art techniques used in the space, in the form of modern national trend, to explore the traditional power in the future expression, interpretation of a new commercial space.

九唐設計團隊在深圳·大仟裏上河坊主題文化街項目中，以中國名畫《清明上河圖》作為概念切入點，結合現代工藝科技，運用電影蒙太奇手法將古典街巷的神韻成功復刻進了深圳這座現代化都市中，打造沈浸式的漫步體驗，再現宋朝繁榮商業盛景。

In the Shenzhen-Dachanli Shanghefang Theme Street project, Jiu Tang’s design team uses the famous Chinese painting "Qingming Shanghetu" as the concept entry point and combines modern technology to successfully reproduce the charm of the classical streets into the modern city of Shenzhen by using film montage techniques to create an immersive strolling experience and recreate the prosperous commercial scene of the Song Dynasty.

將中國古典城市規劃中「東市西坊」以及「清明上河圖」的概念植入大仟裏商業文化街布局之中。街巷之中置亭臺樓閣，起承轉合之初設小橋流水。紙燈籠、油紙傘裝點芊芊巷陌。細節處無不體現著對中國古典文化濃濃的情思。

The concept of "East City and West Square" and "Qingming Shanghe Tu" in classical Chinese urban planning is implanted in the layout of Dachanli commercial and cultural street. The pavilions and pavilions are placed in the middle of the streets and alleys, and small bridges and streams are set up at the beginning of the transition. Paper lanterns and oil paper umbrellas decorate the lanes and alleys. All the details reflect the strong feelings for Chinese classical culture.

在廣州番禺·海樂薈的設計中，設計師將老廣州經典的紅磚建築與騎樓元素融入到海樂薈這座現代商業建築的造型中去。用設計的語言聚焦過去與現代。置身在這樣的商業環境裏，人與時空，與地域不是割裂和相互孤立的，而是有一種隱隱約約的紐帶，將番禺的地域特色，時光記憶，以及人文情懷緊密的連接在了一起。

In the design of Guangzhou Panyu - Hailu Aloft, the designer has incorporated the classic red brick architecture and cavalry elements of old Guangzhou into the shape of Hailu Aloft, a modern commercial building. The language of design focuses on the past and modernity. In such a commercial environment, people, time and space, and the region are not separated and isolated from each other, but there is a vague bond that connects the regional characteristics of Panyu, the memory of time, and the humanistic sentiment.

多元共生，融入城市

隨著經濟的發展，人民消費水平的提升，商場模式已經從滿足人們對購物一站式需求的商業聚合體轉型至融入更多的歷史文化和藝術元素，跟隨城市的發展，與城市共生的城市共生體。

With the development of the economy and the improvement of people’s consumption level, the mall model has transformed from a commercial aggregator that meets people’s demand for one-stop shopping to an urban symbiosis that integrates more historical, cultural and artistic elements, follows the development of the city and lives in symbiosis with the city.

One Avenue 卓悅中心位於深圳福田中央商務區的核心地段，創造性地融入了「4 個主題 Mall+1 條街區+2 個獨棟+16 個公共空間+文化空間+紀念館」等設施。在室內空間的設計上，我們的團隊也進行了精心的雕琢打磨，通過抽象的設計語言將商業空間對區位功能所賦予的交互和紐帶作用體現得淋漓盡致。

One Avenue Joy Center is located in the heart of Shenzhen Futian Central Business District and creatively integrates "4 thematic malls + 1 block + 2 single buildings + 16 public spaces + cultural spaces + memorials". In the design of the interior space, our team has also made elaborate efforts to polish the abstract design language to reflect the interaction and bonding role of commercial space to the function of the district.

在青海西寧·EGO Park 的項目中，文創空間的設計淋漓盡致的展現了交互性和開放性，斜面的階梯既兼顧了看臺功能同時也滿足了上下樓的交通動線需求。巨大的舞臺上空區域使其同時成為樓上和樓下觀眾的視覺焦點，讓客人盡情體驗藝術與設計帶來的交互體驗。

In the project of Qinghai Xining-EGO Park, the design of the cultural and creative space shows interactivity and openness to the fullest. The sloping staircase not only takes care of the function of the grandstand but also satisfies the demand of traffic flow up and down. The huge area over the stage makes it a visual focal point for both upstairs and downstairs audiences, allowing guests to experience the interactive experience of art and design.

武漢.漢口派

位於九省通衢的湖北武漢市漢口區。為了深度體現漢口當地的人文特色，契合「漢口派」的主題，設計師深入研究了老漢口江漢路上民國時代形成的洋樓建築，並將這些紅磚風格的洋樓元素提取運用在漢口派商業的設計中。

Wuhan. Hankow Pie is located in the Hankow district of Wuhan, Hubei Province, which is the main thoroughfare of nine provinces. In order to deeply reflect the local human characteristics of Hankou and to fit the theme of "Hankou Pai", the designer studied the buildings of the Republican era on Jianghan Road in Hankou, and used the elements of these red brick buildings in the design of Hankou Pai.

The original space design is to create more possibilities for unexpected encounters! We make every detail in the design of the space to the utmost, so that every detail contains deep meaning, so that the visiting customers can start a relaxing and pleasant good time!

在深圳宝安大仟里上河坊文化街项目里，设计师运用了许多传统工艺，比如六角凉亭用的是六角翘角的管道。色彩采用了传统的朱砂红，契合了「雕栏玉砌起朱楼」的传统建筑特点。在屋脊的搭建中，也是参考了大量的文献，传统的文化气息融入现代建筑思维后，美感也瞬间得到提升。

In Shenzhen Baoan Dachanli Shanghefang Cultural Street project, the designers used many traditional techniques, such as hexagonal pavilions with hexagonal warped pipes. The color of the pavilion is traditional cinnabar red, which fits the traditional architectural characteristics of "carved fences and jade buildings". In the construction of the roof ridge, a large amount of literature was also referred to, and the traditional cultural atmosphere was integrated into the modern architectural thinking, and the aesthetics were instantly enhanced.

為了深圳·One Avenue 卓悅中心金地大百匯商業北區所表達的棱鏡概念的多變和層次感，中庭側板用了三層造型做處理，加上不同角度的傾斜彎曲，讓中庭有了更多變豐富的張力呈現。

For the versatility and hierarchy of the prismatic concept expressed in Shenzhen One Avenue Jindi Grand Parkway Commercial North, the side panels of the atrium are treated with three layers of shapes, plus different angles of inclination and bending, giving the atrium a more versatile and rich tension presentation.

而對於廣州海樂薈的一些細部空間，設計團隊也做了獨特的主題詮釋。比如針對不同樓層的衛生間及前室空間，設計師做了有夢幻色彩的主題詮釋。無論是男士，女士亦或是兒童，都能在這些細部空間中找到自己喜歡的夢幻元素，仿佛置身於充滿奇幻的異域世界，享受這獨具匠心的驚喜體驗。

The design team also made unique thematic interpretations for some of the detailed spaces of Guangzhou Hailu Aloha. For example, for the bathroom and front room space on different floors, the designers have made a dreamy interpretation of the theme. Whether it is men, women, or children, they can find their favorite dream elements in these detailed spaces, as if they are in an exotic world full of fantasy, enjoying this unique and surprising experience.
