漂浮的几何雕塑，点亮悉尼人行道

受商业房地产经理Investa所托，UAP在位于悉尼克拉伦斯街151号（151 Clarence St）的Barrack Arcade开发区的艺术家街区内设计了一个创意型装置。经过竞标，艺术家Amy Joy Watson夺得桂冠，并与UAP密切合作，深入发展其设计方案，制作装置的每个构件，并在场地进行最终的装配，将其作为公共艺术品进行展出。

Curated for commercial real estate manager Investa, UAP developed a creative vision alongside artist selection for the Barrack Arcade development at 151 Clarence St, Sydney. Awarded by the project team as the winning artist, Amy Joy Watson worked closely with UAP to develop her design, fabricate each element and install the final site-specific public artwork.

Using form and colour in her studio practice, Watson creates light-weight geometric sculptures which appear to weightlessly float in a space. In this site-specific commission, the artist collaborated with UAP to developed a collection of playful, floating forms brightening and activating the pedestrian thoroughfare.

Watson的作品由8个独立的雕塑组成，它们有些挂在墙壁上，有些悬吊在空中。每个雕塑单体都由一个气球状的球体构件和一个被分为两部分的多面体组成——气球仿佛凝固在空中，下面悬吊着多面体。雕塑构件由金属铝制成，通过激光切割技术，配以汽车漆面，最终形成了这个充满活力、拥有与众不同的颜色的装置。该装置的雕塑单体分散在整个廊道内，突出了装置的轻盈感和趣味性。

Comprised of 8 individual sculptures, Watson’s works are wall mounted and suspended within the space. Each element takes the form of a two-part polyhedron which appears tethered to a large balloon frozen in mid-air. Fabricated from laser cut aluminium with automotive paint finish, the vibrant, uniquely coloured objects are scattered throughout the arcade enhancing the weightlessness and playfulness of the installation.
