该项目包含港口内的一系列建筑，旨在逐步为港口提供所有必要的服务。材料的运用是该项目的一个特征所在：几乎每栋建筑都使用了预制的白色混凝土板，为不同的功能空间赋予了统一感。从格栅结构到更加复杂的通风外壳，该材料的使用满足了建筑的各种需求。

This project includes a set of buildings located inside the Port premises that aspire to provide all the necessary services progressively. As a main characteristic, it is necessary to mention the use of a material – prefabricated white concrete slabs – that appears in all of them. It guarantees certain homogeneity to the buildings that respond to diverse programs. This material will fulfill different functions: from those of latticework to ventilated exterior sheet of more complex enclosures.

除了调度室之外，以上提到的这些功能空间在外观上并无十分明显的差异。商用区域、维修车间和用于存放渔网的小仓库等均采用了较为密闭的建筑形式，这种不张扬的处理手法主要是考虑到建筑本身的功能比较简单。相似的元素虽然被重复运用，却避免了对称和位移的观感，最终以不同的形式出现在一系列建筑当中。

On the other hand, the different programs referred above have the same lack of significance: with the possible exception of the control building. The other buildings-commercial areas, repair workshops or small warehouses for storing fishing nets allow, or almost force, to resort to a hermetic architecture and little expressive; in this case according to the lightness of the functions they house. Thus, the series and repetition of formally similar elements that insist on asymmetries and displacements that, in one way or another, appear in all the buildings.
