wAtelier, a bilingual architectural and interior design firm based in Tokyo, services clients worldwide on commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. As an energetic international team, we offer solutions that address owner identity, practicality, site uniqueness, and engagement of the space with its surroundings. We give full attention to detail from code requirements to construction documentation and supervision. wAtelier was founded by Mieko Watanabe (M.Arch, Yale University). Previously, she worked at several boutique architecture firms in Tokyo. She is an adjunct faculty at IES Abroad Tokyo and Temple University.
