CLOU is designing two prototype apartments leased to German executives working at the BMW plant in Shenyang. 

The project is located in the Sino-German International Community in Shenyang. The design intention is to maximize spaciousness by create an open and shared living space. Built-in cabinetry is used to keep the space neat and orderly and separate from the private rooms. 

High-end kitchen German appliances cater create a home away from home feeling for the residents. Natural materials such as timber and marble are assembled with minimalist and high precision details.
