房型改造

Room renovation

1.原径直入户，改设玄关形成门厅，利用厨房和原干区空间形成过道，原过道设置储物间，冰箱与备餐台和厨房对立放置，削弱过道感，增加空间利用率

2.原三房朝南，改两房朝南，利用北阳台和部分原客厅空间形成次卧，另外一部分原客厅空间设置书桌和书柜，形成学习区。原次卧打通之后，客餐厅扩大，整个公共区域形成，南北通透，采光也得到很大的改善。客厅、餐厅、开发书房完美组合，增加空间的互动性

3.次卧放置钢琴，可作单独的琴房，同时设置榻榻米，满足临时客房的需求

4.主卫面积缩小，设置主卧衣帽间
