There is a saying in the design circle: "the works are very hard, they don’t need text."

上一次分享了我们的方案，这次有了实景，就不必过多赘述了。

一是我们把原本主卧的生活阳台封闭，扩大主卧空间后，在客厅观景阳台与次卧飘窗之间新倒了楼板，做出一个生活阳台；

二是把其中一个客房做成衣帽间，通过双推拉门的机动设计，实现衣帽间跟独立客房的双层身份转换。

同为九零后的杜先生，经朋友推荐介绍找到我们设计的时候，也找了几个装修公司。

The same as Mr. Du after 90, after the friend recommended to find our design, also found a few decoration companies.

这样的业主并不少见。有些最后选择了我们，有些最后没有。但是对比，我们从来都不拒绝。

Such owners are not uncommon. Some end up choosing us, some last. But in contrast, we never say no.

我们先教他如何分辨设计师有没有设计水平：先看他平面方案做得好不好看，图画得美不美观，其次是能否在完成所需要的功能基础上有自己独特的设计亮点。

在沟通过程中了解到，杜先生比较担心的是装修完整体超预算。

In the process of communication, Mr. Du was more worried about finishing the overall budget.

其实有过装修经验的话都会知道，大部分市面上的装修公司都是半包模式，签合同的价格看起来比较低，但是很多都需要客户自己去购买，有甚者更是为了拿回扣带客户去购买性价比低且超预算的东西。

所以没有控制好的话容易让业主在不知不觉中装完整套房子后超过当时的预算。

我们一直认为设计师的义务除了专业性上的，还有很重要的一点就是帮客户控制造价。

We always think that the designer’s obligation is not only professional, but also important is to help the customer control the cost.

设计，才是第一生产力。

所以介于这些考虑，我们决定承接杜先生家里的施工工程。

So in the middle of these considerations, we decided to undertake the construction project of Mr. Du’s house.

看到这里，也许这里有人会问，设计公司做施工，是不是就是外包？杜先生同样有这样的顾虑。

See here, maybe some people will ask, design companies do construction, is it outsourcing? Mr Du has similar concerns.

在木及成立之初，我们并没有自己的施工团队。所以很长一段时间里，我们都没有做施工服务。

We didn’t have our own construction team at the beginning of the building. So for a long time, we didn’t do construction services.

但是施工团队的良莠不齐导致了沟通成本的大幅增加。也导致了作品落地总有一些细节会让我们遗憾很久。

But the uneven quality of the construction team led to a huge increase in communication costs. It also leads to the fact that there are always some details that we regret for a long time.

在很长时间里，我们一直在寻找理念一致的施工伙伴，成为公司的合伙人，并且不断寻找和发现工艺优秀且有责任心的工匠，为我们的设计和业主服务。

For a long time, we are always looking for ideas consistent construction partners, to become a partner, and constantly seek and find good to the process and a sense of responsibility of artisans, service for our design and the owner.

所以在很长时间的筹备后，二零一六年底我们终于有了一支自己的施工团队。

So after a long period of preparation, we finally had a construction team of our own at the end of 2016.

一家设计公司为什么要做施工？

Why is a design company doing construction?

施工，就是设计落地的过程。

Construction is the process of designing the landing.

在设计之初，我们就按照杜先生的施工预算进行了方案预估。在设计方案定稿后，我们将所有材料都仔细预算，材料的款式价格在施工之前就全部确定。这样在完成定制设计的前提下，很好的帮业主控制了造价。全包模式在有限的预算下把设计进行了完整落地。所以最终你看到的，我们实景至少做到还原效果图90%的程度。

At the beginning of the design, we made a plan estimate according to Mr. Du’s construction budget. After the design is finalized, we carefully budget all the materials, and the design price of the materials is all determined before construction. In this way, under the premise of complete custom design, good help owners control the cost. The full package model has been fully implemented under a limited budget. So in the end, what you see is, we’re doing at least 90 percent of the renderings.

我喜欢吃甜，他中意吃咸；我喜欢相声，他爱听歌剧；我梦想的是在爱马仕包包里游泳，他希望在无人区的戈壁滩上苦行；我从冰箱里拿出一瓶可乐，他操作器皿萃取一杯咖啡；但是我们在一起了，从此盐边上放了糖，咖啡杯边上是可乐。共同点不需要太多，只要我喜欢着你，刚好你也喜欢我。
