DESIGN CONCEPT

朵包位于厦门某处闹市街道，是专心制造烘培的体验空间。在面积不足60平方米的空间里，我们希望打造一处可用年轻化的设计语言传递不同于以往的视觉风格来诠释的烘培空间。

SPACE APPRECIATION

行至朵包的门前，最先引入眼帘的莫过于大片倾斜的铜质招牌与之门头黑色生钢板的强烈材质撞击。违和、不融、恰恰是设计初衷本身想表达传统烘培的降解与新型烘培的兴起，两者之间微妙的对话。

When walking to the door of Duobao, the first thing to bring into the eyes is the strong material impact between a large piece of light inclined copper signboard and the black raw steel plate on the door head. It is the original intention of the design to express the delicate dialogue between the degradation of traditional baking and the rise of new baking.

进入空间迎面而来的是供客人挑选的烘培岛台，中岛的形式灵感源自珠宝展示台，我们希望在食客和烘培品的交流中赋予更深层的定义。

Coming into the space is the baking island platform for guests to choose. The form of Nakajima is inspired by the jewelry display platform. We hope to give a deeper definition to the communication between diners and baking products.

天花区域利用了层高优势。我们用铜质的金属做成了拱形的元素，曲线的波澜，随着灯光照映如同水波荡漾起来，是一种动态的水。光影与金属的反射进行叠加，增强了空间层次感和仰望时的某一刻遐想。

The ceiling area makes use of the advantage of storey height. We use copper metal to make an arched element. The waves of the curve, as reflected by the light, are like waves of water, which is a kind of dynamic water. Light and shadow are superposed with the reflection of metal, which enhances the sense of spatial hierarchy and the reverie of a moment when looking up.

在左右墙面的展示柜上，我们通过圆弧原木线条元素设计了一条条的装饰线，烘培柜的形式则设计为中空内嵌的，犹如精品。人与产品之间的仪式感正在悄悄升华。

On the display cabinets on the left and right walls, we designed one decorative line by means of arc log line elements, and the form of baking cabinet is designed as hollow embedded, just like a boutique. The sense of ceremony between people and products is quietly sublimating.

地面及吧台水磨石材质融合了弯曲的金属线型工具架呼应整个风格，拱形、面状、线条元素进行随意组合，犹如剧组的片场，应景而生，切换自如，变幻莫测。我们选用了展柜镜面背板，让店内有更开阔的空间感，食客身临其中，也仿佛置身甜品的城堡。

The terrazzo material of the floor and bar integrates the curved metal linear tool rack to echo the whole style. The arch, face and line elements are combined at will, just like the studio of the theater group, which is born in response to the scene, and can switch freely and unpredictable.We choose the mirror back panel of the exhibition cabinet, which makes the store have a more open sense of space. The diners are in it, as if they are in a dessert castle.

朵包像一个烘培店里的“文艺青年”，不追求热闹与喧嚣，更想用温馨静谧的空间为每一位来到这里的人辟得一处心灵放空的场所，哪怕是一个短暂的走神，于今日之中行色匆匆的都市人，也是一种不可多得的温柔。

Duobao is like a "literature and art youth" in a baking shop. It does not pursue the bustle and noise, but also wants to create a place with warm and quiet space for everyone who comes here. Even if it is a short-term wandering, it is also a rare kind of gentleness for urban people who are in a hurry.

抛去传统烘培的设计语言，直观事实纯粹体验，简约而不失精致的空间设计，以一种可触碰的本真让走进烘培店的食客感知现场，食客与空间之间不再是通过某种象征而被给予的东西，真实、存在，由此生化出每个热爱烘培的人的世界。
