本案承袭品牌历史根脉,与现代美学互通,打破传统餐饮空间的刻板印象,结合点、线、面构成空间体块,挖掘人的空间感受,连结生活与心灵品味,以独有的空间语言延伸至每一顿餐食之中。
空间的主旋律选用了灰咖色为基调,还原烩面的地域氛围感,橙色做为点缀,于纯粹之境让设计的内涵得以可视化,既呈现出原汁原味的传统风貌,亦呈现出空间的丰富性和新颖性。

门前一二层上下联通的大面积落地玻璃窗,打破内外空间隔绝,承载空间尺度上的通透。外围干净纯粹的白色墙面于日昼中留下空间的第一重感官印象。Logo 嵌套于其中,聚焦空间的视觉中心,形成很强的视觉符号。
The large-area floor-to-ceiling glass windows connecting the upper and lower floors in front of the door break the isolation of the inner and outer spaces and carry the transparency of the spatial scale. The clean and pure white walls on the periphery leave the first sensory impression of the space in the daytime. The logo is nested in it, focusing on the visual center of the space, forming a strong visual symbol.
入门旁串联着收银,设计了展示口,展示当日的羊肉。醒目的窗口能够第一时间抓住食客,加强食客的用餐体验感。
Next to the entrance, there is a display port connected with the cash register to display the mutton of the day. The eye-catching window can catch the diners at the first time and enhance the dining experience of the diners.

整体布局通过阶段式的下降处理,弱化空间的单薄感,依托极限区块化的交错设计,使空间最大化利用,并与二层挑空做了有机的结合,衔接起伏有致的场域,使得空间用餐的隐秘性和功能性划分清晰。
The overall layout is processed in stages to weaken the thinness of the space. Relying on the staggered design of extreme blocks, the space is maximized, and it is organically combined with the second-floor open space to connect the undulating field. The privacy and functionality of space dining are clearly divided.

进入空间,映入眼帘的是橙色的盒子,独特的几何造型构成空间的审美和韵律,将空间的氛围调动了起来,让空间适意放达。暖意融融的色彩更是让人食欲大增,充满新鲜感。
When you enter the space, you will see the orange box. The unique geometric shape constitutes the aesthetic and rhythm of the space, which mobilizes the atmosphere of the space and makes the space comfortable. The warm and mellow colors make people’s appetite greatly increased and full of freshness.
楼梯的位置设立在了整个散座区的正中央,孔洞的细节处理增强过道的私密性。钢板的材质硬朗利落,在光影的叠加下相融相生,充满艺术之美。楼梯悬空式的设计,更像是独特的艺术装饰品,完美衔接上下楼层,空间的错落感亦发挥得极致,在功能与美的调和中交叠演变。
The position of the stairs is set up in the center of the whole scattered area, and the details of the holes are processed to enhance the privacy of the aisles. The material of the steel plate is tough and neat, and under the superposition of light and shadow, it blends together and is full of artistic beauty. The suspended staircase design is more like a unique artistic decoration, which perfectly connects the upper and lower floors. The sense of dislocation of the space is also brought to the extreme, overlapping and evolving in the harmony of function and beauty.
白色的楼梯盒子与二楼橙色盒子相互掩映,成为烘托空间格调的妙笔,既有适度凸显,又不会整体割裂,令食客对场域精神产生探索欲和好奇心。
The white stair box and the orange box on the second floor conceal each other, becoming a wonderful pen to highlight the style of the space, which is moderately highlighted without being separated as a whole, making diners a desire to explore and curiosity about the spirit of the field.
半开放式布局的外厨,错落有致的展架装饰,实现内外对话,透明公开地向就餐者展示制餐过程。场景性的设计增强了就餐者的适应性和感官上的满足度,让顾客感受到菜肴的文化与艺术,浓浓的饮食氛围缓缓而来。
The semi-open layout of the external kitchen, the scattered display rack decorations, realize internal and external dialogue, and transparently and openly show the diners the process of cooking. The scene design enhances the adaptability and sensory satisfaction of the diners, allowing customers to feel the culture and art of the dishes, and the strong eating atmosphere slowly comes.

顺着动线流淌,延续至二楼,是围合的环抱空间,倚靠通透的玻璃扶手就餐,能够消弭空间界限,使一二层的空间更加连贯。从外往内看,更是拉高视觉的纵深感,完成视觉维度的延伸。
It flows along the moving line and continues to the second floor. It is an enclosed space surrounded by transparent glass handrails for dining, which can eliminate the space boundary and make the space of the first and second floors more coherent. Looking from the outside to the inside, it increases the depth of vision and completes the extension of the visual dimension.

二层是散座区及包厢区和洗手间的区域,实现动静分离,在有条不紊的空间形态中,产生井然有序的空间美感。
The second floor is the area of the scattered seat area, the box area and the toilet, which realizes the separation of movement and the static, and produces an orderly spatial beauty in the orderly spatial form.
透光不透视玻璃砖贯穿于包厢的浅灰色墙面,通透的隔断,在增强隐私性的同时,柔和的光线引入,光与影之间,半虚半实,相得益彰,切身感知时光的美好,给予空间和谐愉悦的氛围。
Transparent and non-perspective glass bricks run through the light gray wall of the box, transparent partitions, while enhancing privacy, soft light is introduced, between light and shadow, half virtual and half real, complement each other, personally feel the beauty of time, and give The space has a harmonious and pleasant atmosphere.
