DESIGN CONCEPT

本案业主是一对 90 后年轻夫妻，拥有孕育新生命的喜悦，即将由甜蜜的二人世界步入温馨的三口之家。

业主钟爱简单明了的调性，于是在色彩上以黑白灰为主调，辅以低饱和度的木饰面和卡其色烤漆相交叠印，在简单的视觉感受中点缀精致的细节。

我们在空间中加入大量金属配件及金属钢板元素，打造立体简洁的风格；多应用弧形倒角的吊顶元素，构造上更加温润。光与影之间，朦胧与通透相互融合，达到隔而不疏的空间氛围。

SPACE APPRECIATION

玄关

开阔的空间，将生活气息融入岁月。顶天立地的入户鞋柜，满足日常储存需求；树脂玻璃换鞋凳，注入灵动时尚感。

Open space, the atmosphere of life into the years. The home-based shoe cabinet can meet the daily storage needs; Plexiglass shoe changing stool infuses flexible and fashionable feeling.

天光自然倾泻，光与影得到最妥帖的安放，这是出门与归家的仪式感。

The natural pouring of the sky light, light and shadow get the most appropriate placement, which is the ritual feeling of going out and returning home.

客厅

吊顶与玄关背景的弧形元素协调统一，犹如流动的涟漪般，让光影的游走变得更加丰富。搭配简约大气的装饰品，更加自然和谐。

The arc elements of the ceiling and the porch background are coordinated and unified, just like the flowing ripples, making the light and shadow more abundant. With simple and atmospheric decorations, it is more natural and harmonious.

超高挑高的客厅，是游弋思想的尺度。墙面大面积素色硬包错落拼接，清新淡雅，为空间增添质感。

The super tall living room is the yardstick of cruising thought. A large area of plain hard bags on the wall are spliced at random, fresh and elegant, adding texture to the space.

电视背景以比例呈现出秩序，光泽金属经过艺术的雕琢，与大理石纹岩板相遇，碰撞出轻奢生活的时尚风情。壁炉是星星点灯的火光，带来一抹跳动的暖。

The background of TV shows the order in proportion. The glossy metal is carved by art and meets the marble plate to create the fashionable style of light and luxurious life. The fireplace is the light of the stars, bringing a touch of beating warmth.

楼梯

业主喜欢红酒缠绕舌尖的馥郁，于是巧妙利用楼梯下部的空间包容这份兴趣。收纳式的酒柜和红酒展厅如同人生，时光酿出的皆为香醇。

Owners like the fragrance of red wine around the tip of their tongue, so they skillfully use the space under the stairs to contain this interest. The storage type wine cabinet and red wine exhibition hall are just like life. What time brews is mellow.

餐厅

在布局上，我们将楼梯与餐厅位进行互换，使得空间更为开阔，满足业主多人用餐的需求。透过金属质感的屏风，空间延伸感被再次拉长。于是，内、外皆是盛筵。

In the layout, we will interchange the stairs with the dining room to make the space more open and meet the needs of the owners. Through the metal screen, the sense of space extension is extended again. Therefore, both inside and outside are feasts.

窗边设置水吧，是空间的第二层次。右侧高柜是嵌入式冰箱，餐区取用酒水更为便利。简洁的设计元素，顺理成章地塑造整个空间的优雅姿态。在日常的趣味与便捷中，情感交流被无限放大。

The water bar is the second level of space. The high cabinet on the right side is an embedded refrigerator, which makes it more convenient to get drinks in the dining area. The simple design elements naturally shape the elegant posture of the whole space. In the daily interest and convenience, emotional communication is infinitely enlarged.

厨房

L 型的开放式厨房结构，带来联通的功能与空间感受。无论是清洗还是烹饪，都有着最方便的距离。

L-shaped open kitchen structure, bring the function of connectivity and space experience. Whether cleaning or cooking, there is the most convenient distance.

墙面同样区域做了大面积的收纳，顶柜与天花无缝衔接，保证了强大的储物功能。

In the same area of the wall, a large area of storage is made, and the top cabinet and the ceiling are seamlessly connected to ensure the powerful storage function.

公卫

儿童房

设计两层儿童房的过程，像是在仔细筛选最恰如其分的语言，营造出空间的童趣，记录未来成长的印记。

The process of designing a two-story children’s room is like carefully selecting the most appropriate language, creating children’s interest in the space and recording the mark of future growth.

弧形装饰柜有效弱化了衣柜凸出墙面的尖锐感，搭配温馨的高低床、激发创造灵感的书桌......目光所到之处，皆是满足儿童使用功能的配置。窗边大面积洒下的光线不觉繁复，尤显轻盈，与简单明亮的空间共同谱写光影美妙。

The arc decorative cabinet effectively weakens the sharp feeling of the wardrobe protruding from the wall, matches the warm high and low bed, stimulates the creative inspiration of the desk... Everywhere you look, it is the configuration that meets the use function of children. The light shed by the large area of the window is complex, especially light, and the simple and bright space compose the wonderful light and shadow together.

老人房

于老人而言，卧室的重点不在装饰的精美，简单舒适足矣。一方素雅平和的休息空间，与长辈的审美与气质不谋而合。

For the elderly, the focus of the bedroom is not the exquisite decoration, simple and comfortable enough. The simple, elegant and peaceful rest space coincides with the aesthetic and temperament of the elders.

配备休闲椅、电视机，满足老人的闲适生活习惯；配备超大衣帽间方便储物，将空间完全让位给生活。

Equipped with leisure chair, TV, to meet the elderly’s leisure life habits. Equipped with a large cloakroom for convenient storage, the space completely gives way to life.

主卧

雅灰与暖白交织的主卧空间素净淡雅，双开门的设计体现出隆重热烈的仪式感。背景用木栅格和树脂艺术玻璃取代厚重的墙面，搭配灯光，以其独有的韵律感浸溢出一方宁静与舒心。

The main bedroom space interweaved by elegant grey and warm white is simple and elegant, and the design of double door reflects a grand and warm ceremony feeling. The background replaces the thick wall with wood grid and resin art glass, and matches with light, and overflows a side of peace and comfort with its unique rhythm.

生活的功能性，源自空间的规整和巧妙布局。主卧套间藉由比例、布局及光线之间的把握，创造出静谧奢华的空间质感。

The function of life comes from the regularity and ingenious layout of space. The master bedroom suite creates a quiet and luxurious space texture through the grasp of proportion, layout and light.

衣帽间靠墙的通顶实木柜，将开放式与封闭式相结合。自然的木质纹理，尽显温柔气息，规整有序的储存空间，让业主的生活简单又富有精致美感。

Cloakroom wall through the top of the solid wood cabinet, the combination of open and closed. The natural wood texture, full of tenderness and orderly storage space make the owner’s life simple and exquisite.

主卫

卫生间采用大理石和木饰面堆砌而成，高级感十足。三分离的设计互不干扰，使用玻璃门作为隔断，打造干净纯粹的空间氛围。

The bathroom is made of marble and wood facing, full of advanced feeling. Three separate designs do not interfere with each other, using glass doors as partitions to create a clean and pure space atmosphere.

为提高生活的舒适性，主卫配备浴缸及投影影音设备。泡澡时精心挑选一部电影，看光影投射的映画，感受不同的故事带来的温度，身心都能得到休憩。

In order to improve the comfort of life, the main bathroom is equipped with bathtub and projection audio-visual equipment. When taking a bath, you can choose a movie carefully, watch the projection of light and shadow, feel the temperature brought by different stories, and have a rest both physically and mentally.
