地茂景观设计咨询（上海）有限公司于2004年成立于上海。我们致力于在宜居与不断发展的城市中心，提供以塑造积极的场地环境、促进社区健康、提升生活品质与增强都市日常体验为导向的景观设计解决方案。

我们深切关注、尊重自然与空间,研究其内在复杂性、矛盾性与约束性，并试图通过设计促进它们不断地可持续发展。我们的工作根植于对工艺与细节的重视与把控，我们的灵感源自于景观设计实践，它是对生活的自然、平衡、诗意的表达。

中国正在经历人类历史上最大规模的城市化进程。目前，中国13.9亿人口中50%以上生活在城市中，而20世纪70年代末中国经济改革开放初期，这一比例仅为20%。数亿人口的迁徙流动带来了房地产价格的高涨，同时也引发了业主，开发商以及中国公众对城市化和建筑新思考的需求。在这个快速发展的环境中，我们能够为每个项目和业主提供兼具环境敏感性与功能丰富性及灵活性的景观设计方案。我们通过仔细考虑场地的独特空间特征，与周边地区的联系，自然环境，文化条件和当地历史来实现这一目标。

我们深信在兼具艺术美感与功能持久性之外，景观应成为人们互动、娱乐和社区活动的催化媒介。我们的工作具备原创性、可持续性、简洁性与趣味性。作品类型丰富多样，包括大型公园、大学校园到商业、市政、住宅、酒店、度假村以及标志性的“天地”系列项目。(天地 tiān dì,意为天空，大地). 天地项目为我们所期盼的现代化的中国都市提供了一种值得参鉴的风貌：充满特色与活力的步行街，其艺术美感构建于我们的时空之上。

Design Land Collaborative Ltd (DLC) was established in Shanghai in 2004. We are devoted towards design solutions that generate a positive sense of place, promote healthy communities, quality of life, and everyday experiences at the heart of a livable and evolving city.

We care and respect for nature and space deeply, we study their complexities, contradictions, constraints and try to promote their continued sustainable evolution through design. Our work is grounded in craft and detail and we are inspired by the practice of landscape architecture as a natural, balanced and poetic expression of life.

China is undergoing the greatest urbanization in the history of mankind. More than half of China’s population of 1.39 billion people now lives in cities, up from 20% at the start of China’s economic reforms at the end of the 1970s. The movement of hundreds of millions of people has brought a boom in real estate prices and a demand for new thinking in urbanism and architecture among property owners, developers and the Chinese public. Within this fast-paced environment, we are able to provide environmentally sensitive, multi-functional and flexible design solutions for each individual project and client. DLC accomplishes this by carefully considering the distinguishing spatial characteristics of a site, its connections to surrounding areas, the natural environment, cultural conditions and local history.

We believe that landscapes need to be more than aesthetically pleasing and durable. They should be designed to be catalysts for human interaction, recreation and community. Our work is original, sustainable, uncluttered, and enjoyable. Our portfolio includes a diverse range of designs from large public parks and university campuses to commercial, civic, residential projects, hotels and resorts as well as the iconic Tiandi developments (天地 tiān dì, meaning ‘heaven and earth’). Our Tiandi projects demonstrate what we believe modern metropolitan China can be; pedestrian streets full of quirks and life defined by the aesthetics of our time and place.
