Project introduction

项目选址于吉林省长春市一汽总部NBD园区内的一处绿化用地，东侧与南侧紧邻园区现状建筑，北侧为汽车疏散通道，西侧为园区道路，用地狭小。此处拟建一座集展示、会议、接待、新车发布、直播等功能为一体的旗境创新空间，占地为2389.6㎡，总建筑面积为5592.7㎡。该建筑将被打造为NBD汽车园区的地标性建筑。

The project is located in a green land within the NBD park of the FAW Headquarters in Changchun, Jilin Province. The east and south sides are close to the current buildings of the park, the north side is the vehicle evacuation channel, and the west side is the road of the park. The land is small. It is planned to build a flag environment innovation space integrating exhibition, conference, reception, new car release, live broadcast and other functions, covering an area of 2389.6 square meters, with a total construction area of 5592.7 square meters. The building will be built as a landmark of the NBD Auto Park.

“旗开得胜、理想飞扬”是本项目的核心理念。整个建筑采用立体构成的手法，激昂澎湃，雕塑感极强。在造型上，整体屋面的褶皱轮廓呼应红旗LOGO“红”字一笔挥就的流畅态势，也隐喻着旗帜迎风鼓动的品牌形象，隐喻红旗飘荡、理想飞扬的品牌口号，让人过目不忘。

The core concept of this project is “hit the ground running and dream flying”. The whole building uses the technique of three-dimensional composition, passionate, strong sense of sculpture. In terms of shape, the wrinkled outline of the whole roof echoes the smooth trend of the Hong Qi LOGO “red” with a stroke, and also symbolizes the brand image of the flag blowing in the wind, the metaphor of the brand slogan of the Hong Qi floating and ideal flying, so that people will never forget.

立面连续转折的白色线条不仅是装饰元素，更与室内阶梯式展厅、楼梯、报告厅等功能结合，实现造型与功能的表里合一。每一处线条的转折变化，都对应着室内空间的起坡或转换。立面设计与内部功能相互契合，相互渗透，整体造型在规整中寻求变化，在稳定中寻求创新。

The white lines with continuous turns of the facade are not only decorative elements, but also combine with the functions of indoor stepped exhibition hall, stairs, lecture hall, etc., to realize the integration of shape and function. Every turning change of the line corresponds to the elevation or transformation of the interior space. The facade design and internal function fit each other and penetrate each other. The overall shape seeks change in regularity and innovation in stability.

建筑材料主要包括白色金属幕墙、超白玻及银灰色铝合金金属管等。连续流畅的线条配合富有层次的立面元素，带来了丰富的光影变化，有效弱化了建筑体量较为集中的视觉感受。另一方面，建筑波澜起伏的形态建立起别具一格的视觉特征，使得建筑从平淡的厂区建筑中脱离出来。

Construction materials mainly include white metal curtain wall, super white glass and silver gray aluminum alloy metal tube. The continuous and smooth lines combined with the layered facade elements bring rich light and shadow changes, effectively weakening the concentrated visual experience of the building volume. On the other hand, the undulating form of the building establishes a unique visual character, which separates the building from the plain factory buildings.

朝向园区入口一侧，建筑采用大面积超白超透玻璃，营造出通透优雅的第一印象，也将内部空间及展品完整展现给过往行人。建筑主入口朝向西侧道路，采用中轴对称的设计手法，呼应红旗汽车中轴对称的设计语言。 大面积穿孔铝板之下覆盖着暗红基底，一抹红色若隐若现。

Towards the entrance of the park, a large area of ultra-white and ultra-permeable glass is used to create a transparent and elegant first impression, and to fully display the internal space and exhibits to passers-by. The main entrance of the building faces the west road and adopts the design technique of middle axis symmetry, which echoes the design language of axis symmetry in Hongqi Automobile. A dark red base covers a large area of perforated aluminum, with a hint of red looming.

项目的难点在于用地狭小，功能复杂，主要包括展示发布空间、会议接待空间、报告厅三个主要功能。其中展示发布及报告厅均需要无柱大空间。受场地的限制，方案采用垂直分区的模式，将有大空间需求的报告厅与展示发布厅垂直叠加起来，置于场地西侧。东侧则设置贵宾室、接待室、直播间、设备用房等小空间。前后高差采用坡道或连廊的方式进行相互连接。

The difficulty of the project lies in its small land use and complex functions, which mainly include three main functions: exhibition and release space, conference reception space and lecture hall. The exhibition, release and lecture hall need large space without column. Due to the limitations of the site, the scheme adopts the mode of vertical partition. The lecture hall with large space requirements and the exhibition and release hall are vertically superimposed and placed at the west side of the site. The east side is equipped with VIP room, reception room, broadcast room, equipment room and other small Spaces. The front and rear elevation differences are connected by means of ramps or corridors.

展示发布空间位于首层且无柱，可作新品发布会或展览展示之用。厅内视觉通透，颇疏朗大气。在空间构成上，大厅分为前后两段，入口一侧采用通高空间设计，垂直方向有挺拔的两层通高，能够看到三层报告厅外侧起伏变化的格栅造型以及屋顶秩序严谨的起伏关系。LED大屏一侧高度压低，展厅天花与报告厅起级坡度相互对应，限定出新车发布会的观众观礼空间。一高一低的前后变化营造出暧昧的剖面形态。

The display and release space is located on the ground floor without columns, which can be used for new product launch or exhibition. The vision inside the hall is transparent and quite spacious. In terms of space composition, the hall is divided into two sections before and after, the entrance side adopts the double-height space design, the vertical direction has two straight double-height, you can see the three-story lecture hall outside the fluctuation of the change of the grid model and the roof order rigorous fluctuation relationship. The height of one side of the LED screen is low, and the ceiling of the exhibition hall corresponds to the grade slope of the lecture hall, which limits the viewing space for the audience of the new car press conference. The back and forth changes of one high and one low create an ambiguous section shape.

除此之外，流转的环形坡道嵌入其中，如精彩戏剧一般，划分限定出不同形态的展示空间，创造出连结首层与夹层的洄游动线，如同赛道盘旋，富有动感。超大LED屏幕在环形坡道的包裹下成为展厅空间的视觉中心。弧形墙的斜边设计，蕴含了勇往直前的趋势，展现出红旗集团披荆斩棘、锐意创新的精神品质。

In addition, the circular ramp of circulation is embedded in it. Like a wonderful drama, it divides and defines the display space of different forms, creating the migratory running line connecting the first floor and the mezzanine, which is like a racetrack circling and dynamic. The large LED screen becomes the visual center of the exhibition space wrapped in a circular ramp. The beveled edge design of the curved wall contains the trend of going forward, showing the spirit of HongQi to break through all obstacles and innovate.

建筑东北侧空间设置次门厅，主要服务会议、接待人群。贵宾可有此门厅经由自动扶梯上至二层，为来宾们营造出尊贵私密的环境。除此之外，展厅与会议接待空间互相连通，贵宾可参观完展厅后经由展示夹层及错层坡道直接到达。

In the northeast side of the building, there are sub-lobbies for meetings and reception. VIPs go up to the second floor through escalators in the lobby, which creates an exclusive and private environment for guests. In addition, the exhibition hall and the reception room are interconnected. VIPs can visit the exhibition hall and then reach the reception room directly through the mezzanine.

三层为可容纳700余人的多功能报告厅。报告厅的造型与建筑外观完美契合，起伏的屋顶在室内被转译为层叠的天花，喻示红旗集团逐步前进、日新月异的发展，也造就独树一帜的红旗发布融境空间及参会者特殊的与会体验。同时该造型也完美回应了报告厅对声学的要求。

The third floor is a multi-function lecture hall for more than 700 people. The design of the lecture hall fits perfectly with the appearance of the building. The ups and downs of the roof are translated into layers of ceilings in the room, which symbolizes the progressive and rapid development of the Hong Qi Group and also creates a unique space and a wonderful experience for visitors. It also perfectly responds to the acoustics requirements of the lecture hall.

室内的元素以面和线为主，摒弃了所有非必要的装饰，贯彻着新红旗的品牌战略，实现“中国式新高尚精致主义”的品牌理念。室内设计的风格以白色为基础色，以红旗品牌的关键色——红色作为点缀色。白色奠定了室内间接纯粹的风格，红色以低调的姿态描画出起室内连续流动的视觉体验。此外，建筑室内采用大面积金属天花，银灰色光泽为展厅带来了现代工业的科技气息。

The interior design elements are mainly face and line, discarding all unnecessary decorations, carrying out the brand strategy of Hong Qi and realizing the brand concept of “new noble refinement of Chinese style”. The interior design is based on white and embellished with red, the key color of the Hong Qi brand. White sets the stage for pure style, while red depicts a flowing visual experience in a low-key manner. In addition, metal ceilings are widely used in the building interior, and the silver-grey gloss brings a sense of technology to the exhibition hall.

正如新红旗突出“新高尚”、“新精致”、“新情怀”的理念，设计也注重对细节的打磨。照明系统与天花的线形设计结合。报告厅外的室内立面通过起伏格栅的排列方式打造出旗帜迎风飞扬的画面。方案的展区风格和红旗品牌高度契合，展现完善的空间方案，在美观度、实用性各方面达到完美结合，完美阐展厅释了旗境创新空间的真正含义。

As the new Hong Qi stands out for its concept of “new nobility”, “new refinement” and “new mood”, the design also focuses on polishing the details. The lighting system is combined with the linear design of the ceiling. The interior elevation outside the lecture hall creates a picture of flying flags through the arrangement of undulating grilles. The exhibition area style is highly compatible with the Hong Qi brand, showing a perfect space program, achieving a perfect combination in terms of aesthetics and practicability, and perfectly explaining the true meaning of innovation space.
