彭州城市新地标设计丨贝壳莫拉雷斯

如果说 2020 年贝壳莫拉雷斯设计规划的郊野公园从根本上改变了彭州这座城市的生活方式和休闲习惯，将城市的商业和社会发展生于自然，隐于环境。

If 2020 was the year when ByPacomorales designed and planned the suburban park that has radically changed the leisure and enjoyment habits of the city of Pengzhou, integrating natural protection into commercial and social development. 那么 2021 年，我们又完成了这座城市城市结构的亮化及美化，为这里，我们设计了一套完整的地标。

In 2021 we have completed a system of city structure for highlights and beautification, a full landmark design consultation.

就即将到来的地标建筑，需要我们结合整个城市和市民的需求展开设计、落地实施。

The city needed to review the design and implementation of some upcoming Landmarks, also needed to balance and compensate considering to consider the whole city and the needs of their citizens.

贝壳莫拉雷斯创建了这套名为“IEI”的城市地标体系，即印象（Impress）、教育（Educate）、启发（Inspire）。

ByPaco created for this project the city landmark system IEI: Impress, Educate, Inspire.

构建个性化体系，创新组合元素，提供丰富体验，突破审美基调，专注丰富的设计内涵，如“身心”、“阴阳”。

A customized system to create and combine elements that will provide a range of experiences beyond just the aesthetic factor, aiming to have full concepts like “mind-body” or “yin-yang “.

Our work had 3 main areas of action:

· 城市标志性地标介入 Urban Iconic interventions

在核心部分，我们考虑了未来对市中心的设想，提出了一些改进实际规划的建议，包括改善商业空间的社会功能或景观维护成本的可行性。

In Core, we reviewed the future intervention on the city center giving several suggestion to improve the actual planning with revisions on the social use of the commercial space or reviewing the feasibility of the maintenance costs of the landscape.

绿色行动，专注于公园的设计和优化。

Green Actions, were focus on the designs or improvement of public parks

于是，我们设计了一些标志性地标，例如：

We designed some iconic landmarks like:

“天鹅之吻”The Swan

金彭湖将会搭建起观景台、喷泉，创造出 3 个层次的景观：瀑布下的廊道、玻璃盒景观、360 高级观景台。

A Mirador / Cascade fountain tobe inserted in Jingpeng lake, creating 3 levels of visit: corridor under thecascade, a Glass box and a superior 360

We conceptualized several elements, like 2 welcome unique buildings

“彭州之子”

The Son of Pengzhou

该建筑为位南的塔楼，彭州的标志，是进步、发展、与自然和谐相处的象征。集商业、住宅、企业孵化于一体的专业建筑。它是城市未来发展的参考。

A Building as a south welcome tower and symbol of Pengzhou, it’s a symbol of progress, development and harmony with nature. A professional Building, combination of commercial, residential, and business incubation. It is the reference of the city looking at the development and the future.
