设计是一门解决问题的学科，特别是私宅，空间的形态、造型，依附于功能，依附于甲方的需求，就好比一个柜子的出现，有时候更多的原因是甲方需要它，而不是纯粹为了好看。

Design is a problem-solving discipline, especially the private house. The form and shape of the space are dependent on the function and the needs of Party A, just like the emergence of a cabinet. Sometimes it is more because party a needs it than just for the sake of looking good.

设计私宅，要提供怎样的生活空间才能让使用者有更好的体验？

于是，在这个项目中我们考虑的是“共生”

What kind of living space should be provided for the design of private houses so that users can have a better experience?So, in this project, we think about symbiosis

我们希望人与自然，在这个喧嚣的城市，相互依赖，共同生长。

We hope that people and nature, in this noisy city, can rely on each other and grow together.

这个项目是真正意义上的“全案设计”，里面的软装家具、装饰配品，甚至于床单，都是我们搭配的，特别感谢业主的信任，才有了它。

This project is a real "whole project design". The soft furniture, decorative accessories and even bed sheets are all matched by us. Thanks to the trust of the owner, we have it.

位于32层的高空复式，如何能同时拥有阳光和植物？

Located on the 32nd floor, how can you have sunlight and plants at the same time?

入户阳台被我们处理成休闲空间，主人可以在花圃种上自己喜欢的植物。

The balcony is treated as a leisure space by us. The owner can plant his favorite plants in the garden.

因为是大平层，屋子中间的区域会偏暗，于是我们在整个屋子的中间设计了一个连接上下层的自然景观。与太阳相同光谱的灯光，让这个位置呈现出户外的感觉。

Because it is a flat floor, the area in the middle of the house will be dark, so we designed a natural landscape connecting the upper and lower layers in the middle of the whole house. Light with the same spectrum as the sun makes this position feel outdoor.

阳光与植物不仅带来生机，也带来更多的乐趣，这个位置正好位于屋子的中心，无论主人家在客厅会客、在餐厅吃饭、抑或是孩子在书房看书、甚至于在房间休息，都会通过它产生互动，植物景观成了连接各个不同区域的点，也成了人与人互动的点。

Sunlight and plants not only bring vitality, but also bring more fun. This location is right in the center of the room. Whether the host's home receives guests in the living room, eats in the dining room, or children read books in the study, or even rest in the room, they will interact through it. The plant landscape has become a point connecting different areas, and also a point of interaction between people.

客厅LIVING ROOM

我们不希望孩子成长在现代社会的“工业盒子”里，保持求知与好奇，让孩子多接触到自然和阳光才是设计的初衷。

书房STUDY ROOM

空间充足的情况下，我们都会考虑做中西厨房，很多时候西厨的作用不仅仅是用餐，还有社交与互动，坐在岛台边上聊天也会是个不错的选择。

When there is enough space, we will consider making Chinese and Western kitchens. Most of the time, the role of Western kitchens is not only to eat, but also to socialize and interact. Sitting on the edge of the island and chatting will also be a good choice.

餐厅DINING ROOM

父母房PARENT'ROOM

父母房往外看就是这处景观，想象一下主人与孩子在这里嬉戏的时候，正好与房内形成一个比较好的互动。

This is the view from the outside of the parents' room. Imagine that when the host and the children are playing here, they just form a better interaction with the room

我会特别注重楼梯的处理，因为在我看来，这种需要承接上下空间的区域特别有意思，它打破我们视野把焦点从楼下往楼上引导.

I will pay special attention to the treatment of stairs, because in my opinion, this kind of area that needs to receive the upper and lower space is particularly interesting. It breaks our vision and guides the focus from downstairs to upstairs

楼梯间 STAIR CASE

而最好的引导媒介，自然是灯光，如何用好光源是一个空间的重点。

And the best guide medium is naturally light, and good use of light source is the focus of a space.

从楼梯间上二楼会经过一个过厅，在这里我们也是希望可以通过景观与楼下有个呼应，增加空间的趣味性

From the staircase up to the second floor, we will pass a hall. Here, we also hope to have a response with the downstairs through the landscape, so as to increase the interest of the space

主卧 MASTER BEDROOM

同样的，我们的景观也贯穿了主卧，从这里可以看得到楼下。

Similarly, our landscape runs through the master bedroom, from which we can see the downstairs.

小孩房空间够大，于是我们也设计了独立的学习空间。

The children's room is big enough, so we also have independent learning space

小孩房 CHILDREN'S BEDROOM

保姆房 NANNY  ROOM

业主喜欢打高尔夫，于是，我们舍弃挑高的空间，多了一个高尔夫球房兼影音室，这是业主最棒的想法，我也特别喜欢这个房间，这个房间既兼顾了与朋友聚会的功能，也具备了一家人窝在一起看电影的功能。

The owner likes to play golf, so we gave up the high space and added a golf room and video room, which is the best idea of the owner, because I also particularly like this room, which not only takes into account the function of gathering with friends, but also has the function of watching movies together with the family.

我觉得私宅设计最有意思的地方，就是我们必须进入业主的生活，需要了解到每个家庭的故事，而我们的使命，是希望设计出来的空间，实现它的价值，就好比这个项目中景观的存在，它是一个情感的载体，可以成为家人朋友们的一个话题。

I think the most interesting thing about private house design is that we must enter into the owner's life and understand the story of each family. Our mission is to design the space and realize its value, just like the existence of landscape in this project, which is an emotional carrier and can become a topic for family and friends.

我们时常思考空间的价值所在，它是静止的，而人是运动的。人与空间会产生故事，而我们提供空间，业主们提供故事。希望大家知道家的本质不是一座豪宅，一家人所在的地方就是家。给予一个空间，使得家人们有共同的话题，或者这才是设计的本质。

We often think about the value of space, it is static, and people are moving. People and space produce stories, and we provide space, and owners provide stories. I hope you know that the essence of home is not a luxury house, and the place where a family is located is home. To give a space, so that the family have a common topic, or this is the essence of design.
