日本料理的精神在于还原自然食材本味与匠人文化,而时代的高速发展,人心越发浮躁的当下,日料空间被嵌入了强烈的风格烙印,却大多数只筑其形,未注其魂。而在现代社会之中,丰富的物质文化让风格的界限越来越模糊,消费者需要品牌更具有独特的感染力,而品牌则需要可延续的生命力。于是我们开始重新审视对于空间未来环境的表达。料理是生活的艺术,而空间承载着生活。
The spirit of Japanese cuisine is to restore the original taste of natural ingredients and craftsmanship culture. However, with the rapid development of The Times and people becoming more and more impetuous, the space of Japanese cuisine has been embedded with a strong style brand, but most of them only build their shape, not their soul. However, in modern society, the rich material culture makes the boundaries of style more and more blurred. Consumers need brands to have more unique appeal, while brands need sustainable vitality. So we began to reexamine the expression of the future environment of space. Cooking is the art of life, and space carries life.
入场以气氛开篇,前景的木格栅灯箱与背景顶部灯箱形成呼应,灯箱与墙体错位的形式使整个空间活泼了起来。
The entrance begins with an atmosphere. The wooden grille light box in the foreground forms an echo with the light box on the top of the background. The dislocation form of the light box and the wall makes the whole space lively.
圆形天幕,形状打破了周围秩序的方形,使这个过道空间显得不呆板。
Circular canopy, the shape broke the surrounding order of the square shape, so that the corridor space is not inflexible.
开放式厨房与顶部倾斜的天花造型营造出屋檐下的仪式感,同时也是客人和厨师能够密切交流的舒适空间。
