ABOUT THE OWNER 关于屋主

本案为精改项目，幸福和谐的一家三口。女屋主开朗而热情，向美而生，并且喜欢用照片留住生活中的点点滴滴。此次设计希望拥有开放、明亮的起居空间，宽敞独立的衣帽间，不仅满足女屋主拥有独享私密空间，还能沉浸在美好的记录中，不被定义，自由自在做自己。未来这里将成为屋主的第一住所，真实的居住日常会被容纳在空间中，时间、自然与人将在这里漫长交融。

This case for fine reform project, a happy and harmonious family of three. The female owner is cheerful and warm, and is born to Beauty; and likes to use photos to retain the details of life; this design hopes to have an open, bright living space, spacious and independent cloakroom, not only does the homeowner have her own private space, but she can also immerse herself in a wonderful record of being undefined and free to be herself. In the future, it will become the first residence of the owner, the real daily living will be contained in the space, time, nature and people will blend here for a long time.

以茶褐为主色调烘托沉稳格调，温润的暖色系诠释高级质感，与精细金属不经意间交叠，色调组合推进中彰显丰富的层次感，赋予了空间一种归属感，并营造出高贵与优雅结合的时空。

主案设计师王盈盈相信家居空间不应该是平面的，而是包含空间、色彩、情感的多维度立体感受。在设计改造过程中，不能以第三者的冷淡眼光去看待空间，而是将自身融入其中，感受器具与器具之间的参差质感，细查光影在不同时刻投下的几何形状，寻找家与人最恰当的相处方式。

Case designer Wang Yingying believes that home space should not be flat, but contains space, color, emotion of multi-dimensional three-dimensional feeling. In the process of design and transformation, we can not look at the space with the cold eyes of the third party, but integrate ourselves into it, feel the uneven texture between the instrument and the instrument, scrutinize the geometric shapes cast by light and shadow at different times, find the most appropriate way to get along with people at home.

客厅作为整个居所的起居空间，是对于“家”认知的第一步。整面落地玻璃窗与超大景观露台，具有绝佳的采光和视野。想想，你坐在窗边享受着外面的自然景色，感受温暖的阳光透过纱窗映在脸颊，就这样一个人、一本书就能度过美好的一天。

Living Room as the living space of the whole residence, is the first step for ’home’ cognition. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and oversized landscaped terraces provide excellent daylighting and views. Think about it. You sit by the window and enjoy the natural scenery outside. You feel the warmth of the sun on your face through the screen. You can have a good day alone and with a book.

同时，台面精致玻璃摆件也悄无声息地与空间当中的“物”进行对话，弧形沙发、浪漫灯具、不规则几何装置艺术等，在不同空间诠释自由的精神的实体化。生活功能得到满足的同时，从容优雅地与整体空间关系友好地共生。

主卧，作为主要的生活空间，这里得到最大的放松与自由。在奶咖色基调下去做搭配软装，将可视面扩大最大化，更能凸出室内的开阔感。开放的衣帽间与盥洗区咬合在一起，同时也与整个卧室融合在一起。一个较长的床头柜延展开来，通过极具攻击性的表达方式，将空间进一步放大。

以暖色调沉淀简约气质，延续空间淡雅的生命力，以延展的线条开陈布序。硬包与软装的组合方式体现流动的意向，润物无声。

孩子的世界总是丰富多彩和充满想象的，用一个几何框架体系搭建的探趣空间。

主案设计师王盈盈所认为的，家的质感，是极度舒适与整洁的状态。但它并非所谓的“轻奢”。而是能与人、物、时间共生的一种状态，并且能在使用过程中从容的面对生活中的琐碎。

因此，我们通过技术手段，让空间中的大部分材质（涂料、定制木作、奢石、窗帘等）的视觉感受达到统一。这种协调的美，无疑是舒适的。
