「独居」，已然是新时代的标志性符号之一，承载个人意趣与品位的寓所则显得尤为重要。从多次的交流与接触中，设计师捕捉到居者身上的专属气质与日常的生活习性，由此定下本案设计的风格基调，从生活美学出发，以丰富的形式和复古的情怀，打造出满足居者期待又别具韵味的个性私宅。

# 01

LIVING ROOM

放眼客厅，古朴的滤镜美感和现代主义艺术交织，透露出屋主的雅致日常。做旧小风扇、复古小冰炉等一众饰物，在浅灰色海吉布的烘托下，更显非凡质感。传统电视背景墙的摒弃，为墨绿色书柜腾出大展身手的舞台，不规则镜面稳居C位，无形中凸显出空间感与序列感。

Looking at the living room, the simple and unsophisticated filter aesthetics and modernist art interweave, revealing the owner's elegant daily life. The old small fan, retro small ice stove and other ornaments show an extraordinary texture against the light gray Haijib. The abandonment of the traditional TV background wall has made a stage for the dark green bookcase to show its skills, and the irregular mirror surface is firmly in position C, which virtually highlights the sense of space and sequence.

知性的中性色调贯穿整个起居空间，一切的空间语言都围绕着高级与质感展开。墙角圆弧状的平台、个性独特的摆件、不对称PU线条背景墙、中古风黑色沙发以及橄榄绿织物坐垫和单椅，如同中世纪的画作，复古中透露着雅致，成为空间的艺术指导员，深藏于平淡的生活之中，熠熠生辉。

The neutral tone of understanding runs through the whole living space, and all the spatial language is spread out around the high level and texture. The arc-shaped platform in the corner, the unique ornaments, the asymmetric PU line background wall, the black sofa in the ancient style, the olive green fabric cushion and the single chair, just like the paintings of the Middle ages, reveal the elegance in the retro, and become the artistic instructor of the space, hidden in the plain life, shining.

DINING ROOM&KITCHEN

移步餐区，设计师将原始厨房、餐厅和空中花园打通重整为一个开放式餐厨空间，动线更加灵活。黑色复古收纳柜与墨绿色格纹手工砖搭配，跳脱中不显突兀，复古韵味纯正而自然。

Moving to the dining area, the designer reorganizes the original kitchen, dining room and hanging garden into an open dining and kitchen space with more flexible moving lines. Black vintage storage cabinet and dark green lattice manual brick match, jump out of the middle is not abrupt, vintage charm is pure and natural.

功能与美学的极致交汇，在于线条美感与多元需求的共同表达。无论是或圆或直的桌角，还是藤编休闲椅，亦或是金属搁架的布设，都以线条的切割、堆叠、延伸，为屋主的多维生活留下浓墨重彩的一笔。

The ultimate intersection of function and aesthetics lies in the common expression of line aesthetics and multiple needs. Whether round or straight corners of tables, rattan leisure chairs, or metal shelves are laid out, the lines are cut, stacked, and extended, leaving a strong mark for the owners' multi-dimensional life.

WASHROOM

餐厨一侧，洗手台外置，彻底实现干湿分离。隐形门后，黑色与姜黄平分一片天地，沉稳之中带着一丝迷人的年代错觉，黄铜壁龛与玻璃槅门的结合，更似现代主义的延伸与交融，展现独特的艺术美感，凸显岁月的安好。

Kitchen side, wash hand table outside, completely realize dry and wet separation. Behind the invisible door, black and turmeric equal a piece of the world, calm with a charming illusion of age. The combination of brass niches and glass grating is more like an extension and integration of modernism, showing unique artistic aesthetic feeling and highlighting the well-being of time.

# 04

BEDROOM

初见卧室，与浓厚的复古气息撞个满怀。复古壁画与墨绿色软包精准划分界限又有效衔接，演绎极简与艺术、现代与复古的交汇融合。水纹玻璃方砖将主卧与衣帽间相隔开来，光影流淌于其中，唤醒沉睡内心的烂漫与精致。

When I saw the bedroom for the first time, I was full of the strong retro atmosphere. The retro murals and dark green soft bags are precisely divided and effectively connected, demonstrating the convergence of minimalism and art, modernity and retro. The water textured glass square brick separates the master bedroom from the cloakroom, and the light and shadow flow in it, awakening the brilliant and delicate of the sleeping heart.
