精装改造项目具局限性很大，本案我们从成本和工期等方面考虑，重点改造了客厅、餐厅；主卧和书房也有些调整。

The hardcover renovation project has great limitations, and in this case, we focused on transforming the living room and dining room.

如上图，拆除餐厅与过道之间的墙体，把过道空间让渡给餐厅。原有的单侧动线改为围绕餐桌与岛台的环形动线，强化空间的流动性。

The original one-sided circulation line was changed to a circular circulation line around the dining table and the island. Enhance the fluidity of space.

沙发背后的装饰画，是男女主人疫情前出国游玩的票根和旅行过程中收集的一些好看的宣传单。

The decorative painting on the back of the sofa is a ticket stub collected by the male and female hosts when they travel.

他们一直保留着，是因为想在未来新家的角落，留一块空间安放回忆。

They kept it because they wanted to leave a space in the corner of their new home in the future to place memories.

这幅装饰画像是一家人热爱生活的注脚，过去与未来都是这生活中重要的片段啊。

This decorative painting is a footnote to the family’s love of life, and the past and future are important pieces of this life.

窗户真是件很奇妙的东西，我们唯一能对它做的，只有观察。然后，我们在一个个浮光掠影的片段中，构建起自己的人生叙事。

拆除餐厅背后的墙等于拆除空间原有的动线模式，环形交通有效提高了空间利用率。

The circular circulation line effectively improves space utilization.

岛台与餐桌相结合，创造出更灵活的功用。正餐、早餐、收纳、手工……多功能空间将人们聚集起来。

The combination of the island and the dining table creates a more flexible function.

书桌设置在面窗的一侧，即使伏案疾书，也能轻松捕捉四季的景色与温柔的日光。

The desk is located on one side of the window, so you can easily capture the scenery of the four seasons and the gentle daylight even if you are busy with a book.

家居风格说穿了就是空间的个性，居住者的性格和生活态度都会反映在空间流露出的气质中。暗藏心思的花纹、浓郁的色彩、强烈的材质肌理，也许就是热情又向往古典的人的答案。

Home style is the personality of the space, and the personality and life attitude of the occupants will be reflected in the temperament of the space.

壁纸带给空间的视觉张力，也是我们一次叛逆的尝试。因为我们和业主都相信，稳重与热情可以共生。
