▼| 设计之初 -Design preparation |

「你期待的生活场景是什么样的？」

「你不喜欢什么样的生活状态？」

“What kind of life scene do you expect？”

“What kind of life do you dislike?”

开启设计之前，我们会询问业主这两个问题，为设计设定一座航行灯塔。

Before starting the design, We will ask the owner these two questions, Set up a navigational beacon for the design.

比起想要什么，更多人会明确不想要什么。

More people know what they don’t want than what they want.

「我不喜欢生活太热闹」

「我不喜欢家里乱七八糟没有条理性」

「我喜欢跟孩子玩儿也喜欢自己呆着」

「我不喜欢看电视，喜欢看电影」

「我不喜欢客厅很传统」

「我希望空间通透一点」

「我不喜欢家里有很多的家具」

设计的完整，不是在设计时全部做满。

A complete design scheme not all spaces are full of traces of design. 留下适量空白，让主人依照想要的生活去布置场景，“不做满的设计”，才能让空间具有高度的调试性。

茶室流露出轻松的禅意 The tea room exudes a relaxed Zen feel

光脚踩在蒲席上那刻，心便平静下来。

也许空间的色彩和材料显得单一，但细细看去，每一样物品都透露了居住者的品味。

Maybe the colors and materials of the space are conservative, but look closely, each item reveals the taste of the occupant. A little bit of strong color makes the space lively.

「一层」为家庭成员聚集区域，客厅、餐厅、茶室（多功能区域）汇集于此。/first floor/ Gathering area for family members. The living room, dining room, tea room (multi-functional area) are gathered here. 「二层」卧室+书房区域，更注重空间之间的独立性。/Second Floor/ Bedroom + study area. Pay more attention to the independence between spaces.

原建筑结构内有两个空间较小的独立卫生间，现改为一个大的三分离卫生间。

There are two separate toilets with smaller space in the original building structure. It is now a large three-separated bathroom.

盥洗、如厕、沐浴，三种功能同时使用、互不干涉，提升空间利用率，同时扩容收纳空间。Even if the three functions of washing, toileting and bathing are used at the same time, they do not interfere with each other. Improve space utilization, At the same time expand the storage space.

「三层」为业主打造一处与阳光拥抱、与雨水相亲的露台。这里安放了四季、此刻与远方，也是一个可以让孩子可劲儿撒野的“秘密花园”。/Three layers/Create a terrace for the owner, which can embrace the sun and the rain,h ere accommodates the four seasons, the present and the distance. It’s also a "secret garden" where children can have fun.

真正的奢侈是跟生活自洽，是能够向往宁静，又能拥抱质感，是不需要浓墨重彩，又让人回味无穷。-END-
