当代酒店设计面对的全新生活方式转变

Contemporary hotel design is facing a new lifestyle change

受疫情影响的当下，消费者更加注重心灵放松与身体健康的双重需求，在忙碌的生活中寻得一处私有空间，如荒漠中遇见一片只属于自己的绿洲。

当代的审美惯式也逐渐从繁重复杂的设计手法，多重功能需求的满足逐步削减剥离，逐渐变得轻松精致。视觉上的冲击、感官上的纷至沓来会让情绪变得越发紧张，酒店空间从诞生之初的基本功能就是满足人的放松需求，让紧张的神经得到舒缓，让生活的负重变得轻盈，因此酒店的设计尽量避免元素的堆叠，赋予感官过多冗余信息。

沈阳是国家历史文化名城，清朝发祥地，素有“一朝发祥地，两代地王都“之称，整个城市规整有序，山水自然，城景应和。本次设计概念采用古今融合，多元包容的创新思维，打造出城市客厅的概念。

东方商旅酒店位于沈阳市沈河区北站路，择邻沈阳北站，是沈阳礼宾交往出入口。本次项目的设计范围包括主楼（A 区 10 层、B 区 15 层、C 区 12 层三个区域）与副楼 4 层，总建筑面积 31764 平方米，其中酒店装修部分为 28063 平方米。

Shenyang is a national historical and cultural city, the birthplace of the Qing Dynasty, known as "once the birthplace, two generations of land king", the whole city is orderly, natural landscape, the city scene. This design concept adopts the integration of ancient and modern, diversified and inclusive innovative thinking, to create the concept of urban living room.

Oriental business travel wine is located in North railway Station Road, Shenhe District, Shenyang city. The design scope of the project includes the main building (10 floors in Zone A, 15 floors in Zone B and 12 floors in Zone C) and the sub-building 4 floors with A total construction area of 31,764 square meters, of which the hotel decoration part is 28063 square meters.

以“日出东方，以礼立序”分别作为设计及空间的表现形式，旭日东升，万物有序，从日出与万物中提取元素色彩上的变化，打造“承载古今·东方之美·人文情怀”的设计主题。

Takes "Sunrise in the East, Ceremony in order" as the expression form of design and space respectively. The rising sun rises in the east, and everything is orderly. The color changes of elements are extracted from the sunrise and everything, creating the design theme of "carrying ancient and modern · Oriental beauty · humanistic feelings".

01大堂&大堂吧概念方案

Lobby & Lobby Bar concept plan

日出东方，以礼立序，迎八方来客。“圆”周全之意，东方之美。

Sunrise in the east, set the order with ceremony, welcome visitors from all directions." Round "comprehensive meaning, the beauty of the East.

大堂·方案一

设计方案将中国山水意境融入酒店整体设计，营造“日出万物山水间”的氛围，在繁忙众生中微微然般浅藏于市，与天地山林相携，漫步于当下。

Lobby plan 1, the design plan integrates the Chinese landscape artistic conception into the overall design of the hotel, creating an atmosphere of "sunrise between the mountains and rivers", hiding in the city in the busy living beings as shallow as faintly, and walking in the present together with the mountains and forests of heaven and earth.

大堂·方案二

以东方之韵，四水归堂（水聚天心）为理念，将盛京城的经纬有序与东方设计元素相融合，以造型打破层层方形矩阵空间，同时也打破了时空维度。

The second lobby scheme, based on the concept of Oriental rhyme and four rivers returning to the hall (water gathering the heart of heaven), integrates the longitude and weft order of Shengjing city with Oriental design elements to break the layer upon layer square matrix space and break the space-time dimension.

02 全日制餐厅&中餐概念方案

优美惬意的餐饮空间，没有尘嚣市扰，只有诗情画意的印象。

Beautiful and comfortable dining space, no hustle and bustle, only poetic impression.

转至全日制餐厅，代表万物的大门热情地指引到访者步入静谧雅致的用餐空间。每个空间、每个角落都有自己专属的空间形式和理想的内在精神。似隔未隔，似断又连，酝酿浪漫，延续艺术。

Turn to the all-day restaurant, which represents the gateway to all things and warmly guides visitors into the quiet and elegant dining space. Each space has its own exclusive space form and ideal inner spirit. Like separated, like broken and even, brewing romance, continuation of art.

不同场域，遵循设计最底层的逻辑，徐徐向外阐述着想要惬意安放情绪的意愿。娓娓道来的中式风格感官，拂去了过于繁重的修饰，通过精致而独特的设计细节，造型与造型间的对话，营造高级、舒适的场域氛围。

03客房概念方案

Guest Room Concept scheme

客房承载着酒店发展之初最原始的功能，然而也并不仅仅满足休息睡眠的需求，客人步入此空间即是一处相对更加私密的空间，客房不过分堆叠复杂的图案和繁重的造型设计，减弱感官接收到的信息，让思维不自觉的放松沉寂。

The guest room bears the most original function of the hotel at the beginning of development, but it does not only meet the needs of rest and sleep. When guests enter this space, it is a relatively more private space. The rooms are not overly stacked with complex patterns and heavy design, which weakens the information received by the senses and makes the mind unconsciously relax and quiet.

SK 高级大床房方案

客房以舒适的色彩和材料进行装饰，在舒适与精致之间营造出宁静的平衡感。每一处用材的选择都足够柔和，开阔的空间感受中透露着安静的力量。客房空间的设计不仅需要考虑客人的使用需求，还要兼顾房扫人员的打扫便捷，厚重的电视柜被更实用简洁的桌板取代，舒适的脚踏即可放松休息，又是临时待客的好帮手。

Guestrooms are decorated in comfortable colors and materials to create a serene balance between comfort and refinement. The choice of materials in each place is soft enough, and the quiet power is revealed in the open space. The design of guest room space needs to consider the use of guests not only, but also the room sweep personnel cleaning convenient. Massiness TV cabinet is replaced by more practical and concise table. Comfortable foot can relax and rest, and it is a good helper for temporary hospitality.

DK 豪华大床房方案

雅致的软包设计构想取自于充满东方主义气息的旗袍元素，温文柔雅的旗袍气质与木质的质朴温润将室内处理出别具一格的品位。

The elegant soft bag design idea is derived from the cheongsam element full of Orientalism. The gentle and elegant cheongsam temperament and the simple and gentle wood will give the interior a unique taste.
