项目所在地位于北京原纺织厂区的仓库，三座旧建筑体围合新城一个圆形的场地，基于原址原建的原则，我们保留了原有建筑的主体结构，并重新修复了建筑的立面

。

回归社区生活

当下的儿童游乐中心大多是由可爱的色彩、形形色色的卡通造型、摁动电钮即转动的游乐设施组成，它们看上去是儿童的乐园，然而从另一个角度看，却更像是儿童的孤岛——所有的玩耍都被集中在圈划好的游乐区域，玩耍方式与内容一目了然，不能真正地满足孩子充满好奇与想象力的天性，并与孩子们的生活毫无关联。

与此同时，在城市化的社区生活中，与孩子天性相关的空间却难觅踪影。比如堆放在街角的水泥管，或是捉迷藏的院落，甚至是有点刺激的平房屋顶。事实上，这些真实的社区环境令他们兴致盎然，充满活力。

Concept: Back To The Neighborhood

We believe the missing element of a child’s development in a modern Chinese city is chiefly a functioning neighborhood.

基于此，我们在该项目中提出“回归街道

（Back to The Neighborhood）

”的概念，希望从孩子们过去的社区环境中获得灵感，并结合当下的新社区，提炼出5个特征，以构建那个缺失的可以尽情玩耍的空间：

1、捉迷藏

(Hide and Seek)

：团队互动

2、冒险乐园

(Adventure Playground)：

对于刺激和舒适的判断。

3、角落和小窝

(Nookand Cranny)

：只能供孩子藏身的地方。

4、迷宫

(Maze)

：视线之外对未知的探索

5、梦幻

(Fantasy)

：为冒险打造的充满想象力的空间和场景

由此，我们得到了这样一个功能复合的场所，它充满梦幻，并有助于孩子的感官和运动神经的

发育，促进他们的平衡能力和感统系统，空间环境和游乐设施可以带给他们情感上的呼应，在探索冒险的过程中，协同合作的能力也同时得到锻炼和加强。

and abstracted important identities of our new neighborhood’s character; embodying some of the traits below:

Hide and seek: Group interaction

Nook and Cranny: A place only children can fit and place to hide

Maze: Discovery of places outside sight.

Fantasy: Imagine landscapes and scenes for adventure.

he result is a vehicle to learn while allowing narrative creation for children to dream and develop senses relating to equilibrium (balance) and proprioception (awareness). It is our hope that activity based emotional responses to this built environment and the perceptions, help

strengthen co-ordination within the childs development.

功能内容

全新的儿童游乐中心在空间构建上结合了一系列原有建筑结构，形成一个围合的场地。在这个场地中，由主街、通向幼儿园的私人通道和与附近公园相连的通道组成。原有建筑群被改造为三个互动游乐主体。1号游乐区是一个单层的较矮的场地，高低为6米，主要是供2-3岁的孩子的游乐。爬行区域中设计了悬挂网，为小宝宝们提供了安全的保障。可供休息的餐厅和图书馆被安置在两侧，延伸至一个三层高的更大体量的建筑中。2号游乐区主要满足超过5岁的孩子的游乐需求，整个阶梯式的场地被设计为数码互动环境。第二层和第三层之间容纳了6间多功能教室，学习区到游乐区的所有连接均为滑梯。烹饪区紧邻与公园连通的小路。所有的建筑均设计为阶梯型屋顶系统，令人愉悦的咖啡吧为看护孩子的家们提供了坐下来休憩的角落。

Program

The building complex is formed by a cluster of existing structres encircling a courtyard. The courtyard is split with a main street, a private route to an adjoining Kindergarten and an option to open to the adjacent park.

The existing cluster provides for 3 internal play space. Building 1 a single level low pitched 6m volume is used for 2-3 year olds. A crawlspace with hanging fabrics features a safe topography for baby and parent supplemented with a restaurant a library connects between the two wings to larger building of the cluster at 3 storey high. Playspace 2 includes a tiered environment for ages over 5 including a subterranean interactive digital environmrnt covered by a steep internal steep climbing topography. A suspended tensile Net. Additional directed learning can be found on level 2 and 3 with a total of 6 Multifunctional Classroom’s. A slide connects learning to play on all levels. The Cookery Building competes the courtyard adjacent to the road with views into a public park. All buildings have a roof terrace easing parents observation of children while being able to access the amenities of a terraced bar.

结语

孩子们经常会在真实的生活场景中兴致勃勃，玩耍或许是他们唯一可以自我主宰的事情，玩对每一个孩子来说都是具有塑造个性的意义，而我们发现，城市生活中可以让孩子们尽情玩耍激发想象力的场所少之又少，近乎消失。这个项目的意义就是关于孩子的行为、运动以及对环境的探索。为他们制造一些带有冒险性质的危险环境，可以更有效地激发孩子们在面对各种险境时的创造力，正如雕塑家Richard Serra所说：“在玩耍中，你不会预知结果，这使得你不能轻易地得出结论。解决一个问题时往往会触发一系列的问题……在这个真实的建筑场景中，你身处各种各样的连接之中，看不到全貌，唯一的办法就是你一点点地用身体去探索。”

Conclusion

Children often pa

ssive in real life scenario’s. Play can often betheir only period under their own control. Play is individual to each child through their personal development. By Focusing on missing element

s of inner city dwelling and through promoting movement distorting scale, creats a framework for imagination. The iconography of the project becomes about the activity and movement and exploration of the environment. By embracing a degree of danger we found it more effective to create props and nudge the child to imagine what they can see and their own limits of adventure.

In the actual building of something you see connections you could not possibly have foreseen on that scale, unless you where physically there”
