Kento Gran Vía is the last project from the Spanish take away sushi chain, designed by Masquespacio.

For this last project that was inaugurated in March 2019 we continue with the aesthetic parameters in search for new forms of presenting the interiors from the Asian food chain, maintaining its brand image and with the aim to surprise its clients with every new opening. This time the main materials used have been tiles of a bigger format and wood in semicircular strips already used in the previous interior design for Kento. This way we wanted to continue to introduce a new material for each Kento, but maintaining others that remind clearly to the brand’s previous interiors. The much more minimalist design for this space, although creates a strong contrast with the metallic green and gold colors applied on the different furniture and lighting elements. 

In conclusion, the last Kento opening presents another version of the brand specialized in sushi, staying faithful to the corporate identity, but always looking to surprise their clients.

Kento Gran Vía es el último proyecto de la cadena valenciana de sushi para llevar diseñado por Masquespacio. 

En este último proyecto para Kento que fue inaugurado en marzo 2019 seguimos en la línea de buscar nuevas formas de presentar los espacios de la cadena de comida asiática, manteniendo su imagen de marca y persiguiendo el objetivo de sorprender a los clientes en cada nueva apertura. Esta vez los materiales principales utilizados han sido el azulejo de formato más grande y la madera en listones semi-circulares ya utilizados en el diseño anterior para Kento. Así hemos querido seguir con la introducción de un material nuevo para cada nuevo proyecto, pero manteniendo otros que recuerdan a la cadena. El diseño mucho más minimalista que en los Kento anteriores, recrea sin embargo un contraste fuerte con los verdes metalizados y los dorados aplicados en los diferentes elementos de mobiliario.

En conclusión, la última apertura de Kento presenta otra versión de la marca especializada en sushi, manteniéndose fiel a su identidad corporativa siempre en búsqueda de sorprender a sus clientes.
