序 言

FOREWORD

项目原始户型是五房两厅两卫，常住人口是父母、夫妻、儿女六口人。一个比较典型的偏向居家功能型的空间设计案例。

女业主还在买房子的时候就已经联系上我们。房子买好后，经过沟通，最终选择让我们做全案，设计，施工，主材全权交由我们负责。

PLANE LAYOUT

虽然建筑面积有 220㎡，但是原始户型入户玄关是一个狭窄的过道，从进门的体验感就减分了。我们拓宽了入户玄关的面积，这样玄关可以集换鞋、收纳、进出门外套包包随手置物、穿衣镜于一体。收纳面积和一进家门的体验感及仪式感满满。让每一个动线舒服、顺手，不矫情突兀。

门口老人房门洞位置改动之后，衣柜的收纳方式从原始户型只能靠床侧墙放的 8 个平的衣柜，到设计改造后的 18 平米的衣柜，大大增加了收纳面积。在优化了行动、居住体验的同时，消除收纳焦虑，把空间极致利用。

Although the architectral area is 220m², the original hallway is a narrow corridor, that reduced the experience of entering the house. We have widened the area of hallway, integrated changing shoes, storage, placement, and the dressing mirror as a whole. Achieved the sense of the storage area and entering house with a qualitative improvement. Made the every traffic comfortable and flexible.

After the door of the old man’s room was moved, the storage mode has changed. From a 8m² wardrobe rely on the bed side wall to the 18m² wardrobe with a huge storage area after design. Optimized the living experience and utilized the space to the extreme at the same time.

01 入户玄关

原始结构的玄关比较小，一进门有一种闭塞的感觉，所以我们把原来一进玄关的墙打掉，利用老人房的空间往后推，扩大玄关的位子。

The area of the original hallway is a little small. Leading to a sense of repression when entering the house. So we broke the original wall of hallway and used the space of the old man’s room to push back, expanded the area of the hallway.

02客厅

客厅的整体空间是非常通透的，空间感非常好。我们要充分突出这个空间优势，所以整个顶面都设计的非常干净，没有多余的造型。灯光设计上，采用格栅灯，没有多余的光源去破坏顶面的整体感，这样能可以使得空间高级开阔，空间感好。

The space of living room is very transparent. Because we have to fully highlight the advantages of this space, the entire ceiling is very clean without any redundant shape. Used grille light in the lighting design. There are no redundant illuminant to break the integration of ceiling, which makes the space higher grade and better sense of feeling.

03餐厅

餐厅结合厨房做了一个有趣的环形动线设计。工作吧台、咖啡岛台、2.4 米的六人大餐桌，超级强大的橱柜收纳系统，可以满足日后的各种居家场景。

The balcony of the original house type is large and long. In consideration of the elderly are usually responsible for washing and drying clothes, we split the balcony as two parts. A part of the balcony was put as the laundry area into the elderly room to facilitate the use of the elderly. Another part of it was made into a terrace connecting the living room. This forms an independent leisure area of the balcony.

04 阳台休闲区

原始户型是一个长型大阳台。考虑到家里洗晒是家中的老人操办，所以我们把阳台一分为二，一部分作为洗晒阳台划入老人房，方便老人使用。另外一部分，在阳台和客厅的连接处，设计了一个地台抬高，形成了一个阳台独立的休闲区。

We integrated kitchen and dining room as an interesting annular traffic line. It can satisfy a wide variety of home scenes in the future, including bar counter, island platform, 2.4m dining table for six people, and a huge storage system.

05 主卧

主卧的设计是根据客户的需求和生活动线来设计的。梳妆台区域的灯光设计灵感来自于摄影学。我们会思考梳妆台的镜子，怎么样可以让人照出来最漂亮，让人心情愉悦。镜子假设为手机，对着自己拍照，需要什么光，什么样子的补光会拍出来最好看。那么就是侧上有一个补光，后面有一个补光，对于镜子而言，这是最优的呈现方式。

The master bedroom is designed according to the customer’s requirements and his traffic lines of life. The lighting design of makeup table was inspired by photography. We need to think about that how to make people in a good mood with the light and mirror. If we take a photo for ourselves, what light feeling are we need? How to take a best picture with fill-in light? The answer is to add two supplementary lights, one for the side and one for the back. That is the best presentation mode for the people who face the mirror.

06书房

客户对书房的要求是需要两个人一起用的书桌，所以书桌的尺寸我们设计的是 1.9 米。设计的灯光是磁吸轨道，可以随意移动和改变灯的款式，为以后这个空间提供更多可变动性和可塑性。

The customer’s requirement for the study room is the desk for two people use together. So weaddedan 1.9m long deskfor the study room. The light for this room is magnetic track lamp, which makes the moving and changing the lights easier at will. Provided more changeability and flexible for this space.
