当我们懂得理解春天，便理解了时间流逝，重生轮回。冬藏之后，大地便开始酝酿一场勃发，收起萧条与零落，赋万物以生机。新年到来之际，我们尝试将对春天的感触凝结于餐桌之上，以全新的餐桌装置艺术，诠释对生命、对时间、对迭新的理解。

在 JUSEN 眼中，初春是旧与新的交织，冷寂与蓬勃的碰撞，天是白的，地是灰的，幼嫩的青草于脚边生长，瞬间就把心情，推向充满雀跃的、新的岁序。
