窗外，静谧的湖水在落日余晖的映衬下，熠熠夺目。窗内，是雅致舒适的生活之境，划开喧嚣。在这娴静之地凝望九龙江。这就是漳州大平层高端豪宅

建发双玺。JLD设计受邀设计样板房，设计师刘庆辉试图寻找一种克制与平衡的手法，来演绎先锋生活、传递优雅风度。

Out of the window, the quiet lake is shining against the setting sun. Inside the window, it's the elegant and comfortable living environment, which makes the noise. Gaze at the nine dragon river in this quiet place. This is the high-end house of Zhangzhou Daping floor - Jianfa double seal. JLD design was invited to design the model room. Liu Qinghui, the designer, tried to find a way of restraint and balance to interpret the pioneer life and convey elegant demeanor.

客厅

如何在漳州打造符合精英高标准物质生活和审美品位的空间，颇为考验设计者功力，合理的功能配比、流畅的空间叙事及惬意的场景、别致的陈列是设计过程中着重思考的要义。“基于探索架构开放互连的丰富可能性，同时注重隐私和舒适，从全局统筹、再到细节把控，用现代视角将空间具化为功能性和艺术性的载体。”设计JLD事务所如此概述其设计思路。

How to create a space in Zhangzhou that conforms to the elite's high standard material life and aesthetic taste is quite a test of the designer's ability. A reasonable functional ratio, a smooth spatial narrative, a comfortable scene and a unique display are the key points in the design process. "Based on exploring the rich possibilities of open interconnection of the architecture, while focusing on privacy and comfort, space is transformed into a carrier of functionality and artistry with a modern perspective, from overall planning to details control." Design JLD firm so outlined its design ideas.

客厅作为空间枢纽区域，其横轴动线贯穿玄关、餐厅、厨房，形成一种流动之美。金属元素分割的吊顶与地毯呼应，构筑

T

型视觉张力，配以落地窗采集充足阳光，最大化延伸入户视线。画饰摆件以轻松姿态，绽放优雅。真火壁炉融入客厅，火焰升燃，家的气息也汇聚于此。

在狭长走廊引入展厅陈设概念，借由材质、光线、色泽进行分割，让视觉在体现规整之余，又提升收藏品陈列的观赏性。端口拐角处与餐厅置物区的背景元素强有力呼应。

The living room, as a space hub area, runs through the porch, dining room and kitchen, forming a kind of flowing beauty. The ceiling divided by metal elements responds to the carpet, constructs a T-shaped visual tension, and collects sufficient sunlight with floor to ceiling windows, so as to maximize the line of sight. The painting decorations are easy and elegant. The real fire fireplace melts into the living room, the fire rises, the breath of home also gathers here.The concept of exhibition hall furnishing is introduced in the long and narrow corridor, which is divided by material, light and color, so that the vision can not only reflect the regularity, but also improve the ornamental value of collection display. The corner of the port echoes the background elements of the restaurant area.

型墙体并结合人体工学打造悬浮柜体，同时和藏有暗门的木饰面一体布局。与之对望的岛台、橱柜，同样巧妙地将功能性融入体块，在黑白相映间凸显材质的碰撞。

According to the situation, L-shaped wall and ergonomics are used to create a suspended cabinet, which is arranged in one with the wood veneer with hidden door. The opposite island platform and cabinet also cleverly integrate functionality into the body block, highlighting the collision of materials between black and white.

餐厅

餐厅吊顶延续客厅手法产生视觉韵律。白色大理石与咖色实木护墙板、木饰面相辅相成。

The dining room ceiling continues the living room technique to produce the visual rhythm. The white marble is complemented by the solid wood dado and wood veneer in the color of coffee.

女孩房床品、背板、立面三者关系竖向递增，加以莫兰迪色系调剂，氤氲出柔情与细腻，在日光的晕染下更加温婉可人。

The relationship among bedding, backboard and facade of girls' room is increasing vertically. With the help of molandi color system, the room is full of tenderness and delicacy, and more gentle and charming under the sun.

书房

书房与女儿房以折叠门划分，门一侧墙面另内嵌衣帽间区域，实用与美观兼备。满足小憩需求。拥有立体丰富的线条与光影结构的书架，为整个空间的视觉焦点。

The study and daughter's room are divided by folding doors. The wall on one side of the door is embedded with cloakroom area, which is practical and beautiful. Meet the needs of rest. The bookshelf with three-dimensional rich lines and light and shadow structure is the visual focus of the whole space.

男孩房在垂直排序的壁布硬包下巧妙完成区域划分，亮色的点缀为空间带来欢愉与温馨。搭配千鸟格纹饰背景，表达着前卫不羁。

The boys' room is cleverly divided under the vertical arrangement of wall cloth and hard bag. The light color ornament brings happiness and warmth to the space. With the background of thousand bird pattern, it expresses the avant-garde and uninhibited.

主卧、衣帽间、卫浴共同组成独立的大套间，私享静谧空间由此开启。主卧立面墙布延伸至顶面一体化呈现，藉此拉升竖向高度，下方同色系木格栅创造出横向序列感，让造型独特的主卧更添艺术美感。

The master bedroom, cloakroom and bathroom form an independent suite, which opens the private quiet space. The facade wall cloth of the master bedroom extends to the top and presents in an integrated way, so as to raise the vertical height. The same color wood grid below creates a sense of horizontal sequence, which adds more artistic beauty to the master bedroom with unique shape.

床头两侧金属支架运用亚克力层板内打光的方式，提亮整个空间

智能雾化玻璃分隔主卫与主卧，一键启动便可实现使用场景灵活调整。将自然粗犷的质感移植主卫，壁面让石材凹凸相间似鳞片状交错铺陈，在悬吊镜面与金属架的结合下，兼具功能与亮点。

The elevation background of the main bedroom is L-shaped turning to the top, corresponding to the bed. The metal brackets on both sides of the head of the bed are polished in the acrylic laminate to brighten the whole space. The intelligent atomized glass separates the master bathroom from the master bedroom, and the use scene can be flexibly adjusted with one key start. The natural and rough texture is transplanted into the main bathroom, and the stone is laid in a crisscross way like scales with concave convex on the wall. Under the combination of suspension mirror and metal frame, it has both functions and highlights.

JLD: "adhere to the pursuit of shaping concise temperament, and creatively integrate differential interpretation into the design, so as to sublimate the aesthetic significance and metaphor without any restriction." In this model room, the big part is rigid, the small part is soft, rational and perceptual blend, everything is free to gallop, but the rules and regulations are degree, so that the design and quality of life perfect integration, incisively and vividly show the elegant and unique space charm.
