不爱追逐流行的风向，年轻的屋主夫妻喜欢简约自然的沉稳，设计师使用大量天然、亲切的材质为他们一家三口打造了这个面积 160 平的改善型新居。“我们有一个五岁的儿子，所以希望新家可以又实用又好看。我们向设计师王丽雅提出了很多功能性的需求，至于审美方面的诉求就全权交给她来把控了。”女业主如是说。

Do not love to chase the popular wind direction, young house owner couples like simple and natural calm, designers use a large number of natural and friendly materials to create this improved new house of 160 flat for their family of three. "We have a five-year-old son, so I hope the new home can be practical and beautiful. We put forward a lot of functional needs to designer Wang Liya, and gave the aesthetic appeal to her to control." The female owner said.

设计师借用天然材质和恬静的配色来营造自然、简约的当代典雅之家。胡桃木木饰面与全屋定制的柜体铺垫整体基调，并使用石材、棉麻、岩板等其他材质提升空间层次感。沙发和餐桌来自品牌 CAMERICH(锐驰)，沙发宽大的就坐面积、饱满的支撑感以及舒适的触感，输出着不显山不露水的优雅，为一家人的休闲时光而服务。

The designer uses natural materials and quiet color matching to create a natural, simple contemporary elegant home. Walnut wood veneer and the whole house customized cabinet body pave the whole tone, and the use of stone, cotton and hemp, rock slab and other materials enhances the sense of spatial hierarchy. Sofa and table are from the brand CAMERICH, the sofa has a wide sitting area, full of support and comfortable touch, and does not show the elegant, serving the leisure time of the family.

空间的氛围感在部分层面体现于软装部分。“银色烛台、装饰画、葫芦托盘......在软装的选择上，我们倾向于精而非多，它们不需要靠体量去刷存在感，却能在得到关注的时候，引人入胜”。宽敞的客厅区域划分出了开放式的共享书房，搭乐高、读绘本，成为亲子互动的最佳场所。

The atmosphere sense of the space is reflected in the soft decoration part on some level. "Silver candlesticks, decorations, gourd trays … In the choice of soft outfit, we tend to be refined rather than much, they do not need to rely on the volume to brush the sense of existence, but they can be fascinating when getting attention."

The spacious living room area is divided into an open shared study, with Lego, reading picture books, and has become the best place for parent-child interaction.

Dining Room

设计师拆除了厨房的部分墙体，解放了原始局促的封闭式厨房，焕然一新的开放式格局增设了吧台区，空间一下子就变得敞亮开阔且丰富起来。即便是女业主和儿子两个人在家，下厨时也能随时照看在客厅玩耍的孩子，做起家务来更安全放心。

The designer removed part of the wall of the kitchen, liberated the original cramped closed kitchen, a new open pattern added the bar area, the space suddenly becomes bright and rich. Even if the female owner and son are at home, cooking can always take care of the children playing in the living room, do housework to feel safer.

楼梯

Stairs

楼梯采用颇具艺术特征的钢结构楼梯，黑色扶手搭配玻璃，呈现轻盈、耐用且线条理性的观感。干净的爵士白踏板，与整个空间风格融为一体。大型绿植点缀其侧，平添了几分自然与灵动。

The stair uses the steel structure stair with quite artistic characteristics, black armrest with glass, presenting light, durable and rational line look and feel. Clean jazz white pedals, integrated with the entire space style. Large green plants ornament its side, adding a little bit of nature and agility.

Master Suite

撷取大自然的色卡，在质朴中赋予私密场域精神与能量，以找回松弛自在的生活状态。宛如原生态的木地板，与原木色系一起，散发着大自然不经雕琢的清新气息。奶白色营造的纯净和干净，让人随时松软入梦。主卧套间配备衣帽间、卫浴空间，让理想日常不疾不徐、顺手拈来。

Collect the color card of nature, give the private field spirit and energy in the simplicity, in order to find the relaxed state of life. Just like the original ecological wood floor, and the log color department together, sending out the fresh atmosphere without carved nature. Milk white creates pure and clean, let people anytime soft into the dream. The master bedroom suite is equipped with cloakroom, bathroom space, let the ideal daily not slow, easy to come.

“其间对细节与质感的极致把控，真正居住之后感受到的人性关怀，才是真正隐于空间、秘而不宣的价值。”设计师王丽雅说道。

During the meantime, the ultimate control of details and texture, the human care felt after really living, is the value really hidden in space and secret. "Said designer Wang Liya. S&N DESIGN 出门后的生活匆匆，但归家后的生活可以随心所欲、恬静安然。希望在这套面积 160 平的叠墅里，我们的设计能让一家人，安顿好这份天然质朴、简素美好的浪漫情怀。

Life after going out of the house is in a hurry, but after returning home, life can be at will, quiet and safe. I hope that in this 160 flat stacked villa, our design can let the family settle this natural, simple, simple and beautiful romantic feelings.
