160㎡叠墅设计丨中国常州丨Wang Liya

生活方式决定功能需求，背离生活轨迹的设计是很难让人抵达幸福感的，设计师审慎空间格局和业主生活观，从互动性、私密性、舒适性发力，通过材质的结合和细节的磨砺，强化各自特性，在满足多元之需的同时，也能满足寻美之心。

为了让这对新婚夫妇居住的更加舒适，设计师对叠墅的部分空间进行了格局改造：

1、原有结构厨房为封闭式，很显局促，为了让空间视觉上更通透更敞亮，拆除了厨房的部分墙体，将封闭式厨房改造成开放式厨房，增设了吧台区，让下厨也变成一种令人愉悦和充满互动的家庭行为。

2、原有结构餐厅区域也相对局促，设计师借用一楼部分外卫空间，以达到扩容餐厅面积的目的，改造后公共区域的舒适度和收纳性都得到了较为明显的提升。

3、极具仪式感的居家生活，是对自己最好的犒赏。设计师将二楼的两个房间进行打通，布局成体验感更佳的酒店式主卧套房。

木饰面作为一种纯粹的材料元素从进门延伸到客厅，其天然的纹感和柔和舒适的色彩，带来温润简约的观感。外卫和吧台一侧的收纳柜采用隐形门设计，收获整体感，为和谐的全屋基调助力。

As a pure material element, wood veneer extends from door to living room, its natural texture and soft and comfortable color bring warm and simple feeling. Outside guard and bar side of the storage cabinet using invisible door design, harvest the overall sense, for the harmonious tone of the house.

在与业主夫妻的接触过程中，不难发现他们从内在流露出的对精致生活的追求。因此，交织在空间中的每一个设计细节都要精准传达理想的生活状态。展示柜完全是根据设计师要求进行定制，在基础整木之后，再内嵌金属柜体，配合灯光，装饰性极强。电视背景墙选用棉麻材质的硬包，镶嵌金属线条。仿佛与顶面、柜体及楼梯的金属色隔空对话，尽显张弛有度，成为共享空间的点睛之笔。

精致、典雅的家具，营造出轻奢简约的氛围。布艺和丝绒材质的沙发，让人快速融入安逸舒适的家居环境之中。

Exquisite, elegant furniture, create a light luxury simple atmosphere. Cloth and velvet sofa, so that people quickly into the comfortable and comfortable home environment.

业主夫妻喜欢在闲适的周末，一起下厨烹饪一桌美食。改造后的开放式厨房增加了空间联动性，无论谁是“今日主厨”都能保持温馨甜蜜的实时互动。吧台区的设计，可当作早餐台使用，也可当作操作台使用，甚至可以当作怡情小酌的场所，灵动的姿态，为多种生活场景赋能。设计师将西厨设备区外置在餐区一侧，隐藏式冰箱保证了颜值和收纳实用的最佳平衡。

Owners and couples like to cook and cook a table of food on idle weekends. After the transformation of the open kitchen to increase the spatial linkage, no matter who is "Chef Today" can maintain warm and sweet real-time interaction. The design of the bar area can be used as a breakfast table, as a console, or even as a place to drink, smart posture, for a variety of life scenes. The designer puts the western kitchen equipment area on one side of the dining area, and the hidden refrigerator ensures the best balance between face value and practical acceptance.

楼梯是衔接叠墅一楼共享空间与二楼私密空间的桥梁。依墙体而立的楼梯以延伸的木饰面包裹，以灰色大理石铺陈。通透的玻璃与华美的金属相互碰撞，同时引入光的要素，在明与暗的交错中，让人无比想要沿梯而上。

The staircase is a bridge between the first floor shared space and the second floor private space. Staircase by wall wrapped in extended wood finish, covered in gray marble. The transparent glass collides with the beautiful metal and introduces the elements of light, which makes people want to go up the ladder in the interlacing of light and dark.

随着现代居住需求的不断升级变化，“酒店级主卧套房”设计应运而生，套房式布局能给予业主更强的居住独立性及舒适感，满足了多种家庭结构更高品质的居住所需。改造后的主卧套房集成休憩区+衣帽间+独立洗浴+书房四位一体。

超大落地窗是主卧的取景框，充足的阳光与清风擢升居住的视野和舒适度，随时的驻足，皆成一道风景。

With the continuous upgrading and change of modern living demand, the design of "hotel-level master bedroom suite" came into being. The suite layout can give the owner a stronger sense of living independence and comfort, and meet the needs of a variety of family structures with higher quality. After the transformation of the main bedroom suite integrated rest area cloakroom independent bath study four-in-one.

Large floor window is the main bedroom view frame, sufficient sunshine and breeze to promote the living vision and comfort, stop at any time, all become a landscape. 

设计师运用大幅移门保证纳入更充分的景致。阳台靠主卧一侧被改造成书房，配置了电竞椅，以满足男业主夜间游戏的爱好。从材质到色彩，始终贯穿整体风格，镶嵌金属条的硬包背景墙，与竖纹的墙纸主次分明，品味不凡，却又非常克制耐品。

Designers use large-scale door-shifting to ensure a fuller view. Balcony by the main bedroom side was transformed into a study, equipped with e-sports chair, to meet the male owners of night games hobby. From material to color, always throughout the overall style, inlaid metal bar hard-wrapped background wall, and vertical wallpaper primary and secondary clear, taste extraordinary, but also very restrained resistance.

卫浴空间配置了一体双面池，满足男女主人同时使用的需求。舒服的浴缸和便捷的淋浴随心切换，让身与心都得到酣畅的洗礼。

女业主是一名舞蹈老师，男业主也是一名很有衣品的潮男，因此精心布置一个收纳充足的衣帽间必不可少。完整严密的组合柜体，和科学多单的存储空间，从内到外透露着高端生活的品味，让日常的服饰搭配升格为一种美学仪式。卫浴空间配置了一体双面池，满足男女主人同时使用的需求。舒服的浴缸和便捷的淋浴随心切换，让身与心都得到酣畅的洗礼。

The female owner is a dance teacher, and the male owner is also a fashionable man with clothes, so it is necessary to carefully arrange an adequate cloakroom. Complete and tight combination cabinet, and scientific multi-single storage space, from inside to outside revealed the taste of high-end life, so that the daily dress collocation into an aesthetic ceremony. 为未来宝贝准备的儿童房延绵整体风格，彩虹色的圆形地毯和独角兽坐骑赋予其鲜活与个性，也充盈着对家庭新成员的期盼。相信在未来，这个空间会不断被丰富，被爱填满。

The whole style of children's room for the future baby, rainbow-colored circular carpet and unicorn mount give it fresh and personality, but also full of new family members. Believe in the future, this space will be constantly enriched, filled with love.

在消费升级、精神诉求攀升的时代语境下，家居设计的使命与期望也在不断被刷新，被提出更高的要求：回归使用的内核、细节的精研，同时兼备审美的表达、艺术的凝练、情感的互动。因此，在设计师看来，设计是动态的，只有一直在路上，步步迎新，才能步步深入。

In the context of the era of consumption upgrading and spiritual demands rising, the mission and expectation of home design are constantly refreshed, and higher requirements are put forward: returning to the core of use, the refinement of details, and the combination of aesthetic expression, artistic conciseness, and emotional interaction. Therefore, in the designer's view, the design is dynamic, only always on the road, step by step to welcome the new, can step by step.
