归乡情·言图设计打造老家温馨自建房

前言

引用“举头望明月，低头思故乡”和“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖”这两首诗句，表达了业主对家乡和父母的情感，也传递了我们对业主这份情感的设计写照。

Raising my head, I see the moon so bright; withdrawing my eyes, my nostalgia comes around. Who said inch grass heart, reported three Chunhui. These two poems express the owner’s feelings for his hometown and parents, and also convey our design portrayal of the owner’s feelings.

曾几何时，我们离开自己的老家来到了城市上学，工作生活安家在都市里。几十年过去了，父母老了，曾经生养我们的村庄也陌生了，再回家发现好多已经物是人非，都已不再熟悉，唯有父母在、老宅在、老家才在。

Once upon a time, we left our hometown to go to school in the city, work and live in the city. Decades later, our parents are old and the village where we were born is strange. When we go home, we find that many things have changed and are no longer familiar. Only our parents are in our hometown.

这是一套老家的自建房，业主 Z 总为了 80 多岁老母亲的心愿，重新修建了自家的老宅。养儿防老，叶落归根的老家的情结，Z 总用实际行动践行了，让我很感动，我们做设计时也很尊重 Z 总的这份情感。

This is a self built house in his hometown. The owner Z rebuilt his old house for the wish of his 80-year-old mother. I’m very moved by Z’s practice of raising children to prevent old age and returning home. We also respect Z’s emotion when designing.

本案例上下两层。一楼主要是小院，会客厅，厨房餐厅，书房和老人房；二楼是主卧室，女儿房，男孩房，家庭厅和户外露台。

This case has two layers. The first floor is mainly a small courtyard, reception hall, kitchen, restaurant, study and elderly room. The second floor is the master bedroom, daughter’s room, boy’s room, family hall and outdoor terrace.

空间规划上，运用楼层的优势，把功能区、老人房、保姆房设在一层，把其他卧室都安排在二层，既满足了功能区和老人起居使用的方便性，也保证了家人卧室的安静和隐私性。

In terms of spatial planning, using the advantages of floors, the functional area, elderly room and nanny room are set on the first floor, and other bedrooms are arranged on the second floor, which not only meets the convenience of functional area and elderly living, but also ensures the quiet and privacy of family bedrooms. 空间格调

设计格调上，房屋外立面深咖色铝单板搭配石材和外墙涂料，院子不大讲究精致，种上花草，放置个长条凳，让人和环境也会有更多的互动。室内造型简约，在营造温馨舒适的空间氛围同时也要考虑清洁打理的便捷。硬件设备和家居装饰的运用，延续了业主现在的生活方式和习惯，中央空调，智能监控系统让老家空间的舒适度和安全度与城市同步；屏风、字画和饮茶是装饰更是生活中的喜爱。

In terms of design style, the exterior facade of the house is made of dark coffee colored aluminum veneer with stone and exterior wall coating. The yard is not exquisite. It is planted with flowers and plants and placed with a long bench, so that people will have more interaction with the environment. The interior modeling is simple. While creating a warm and comfortable space atmosphere, we should also consider the convenience of cleaning and care. The application of hardware equipment and home decoration continues the current lifestyle and habits of the owners. Central air conditioning and intelligent monitoring system keep the comfort and safety of the home space synchronized with the city. Screen, calligraphy and painting and tea drinking are not only decoration, but also love in life.

回到老家，住在老宅，陪母亲慢慢变老，这份爱弥足珍贵美好！

Back home, live in the old house and grow old with my mother. This love is precious and beautiful!
