写在前面

第一次接触甲方，就被甲方夫妇所感动。

C 先生和 S 女士是一对非常低调的夫妇，待人接物润物无声，对待事情严谨有度，格局更是让人敬佩，要做百年老店，要让有能力之人传承。经营餐饮八年之久，对待食材苛刻，对待就餐环境要求温馨，对待菜品、餐具、家具都有自己的见解。这种项目接手要么棘手要么顺心，我们属于后者，甲方有主见但也非常尊重设计，沟通起来有争执也有妥协，因为设计不是一成不变，是万变不离其宗。“蕙茉莉 ∙ 餐厅”总店就这样美好呈现了。

餐厅总共 3000 平方米。餐厅空间布局动线明朗，区位精准。一层主要是营业区：入户门厅、收银区、等待区+儿童游乐区、情侣区、家庭小聚区、散台区和茉莉外卖配送区，让就餐空间和氛围和谐愉悦。

二层主要是包间区，有很好的独立和隐私作用。

三层是员工餐厅、中央厨房和冷库区，后厨工作整体便捷。

The restaurant is 3000 square meters in total. The spatial layout of the restaurant has clear moving lines and accurate location. The first floor is mainly the business area: entrance hall, cashier area, waiting area + children’s amusement area, couple area, family gathering area, scattered platform area and jasmine takeout distribution area, making the dining space and atmosphere harmonious and pleasant. The second floor is mainly the private room area, which has a good role of independence and privacy. The third floor is the staff restaurant, central kitchen and cold storage area, and the back kitchen is convenient as a whole.

餐厅空间氛围定位为儒雅的家格调。从外立面入门开始，设计源于“大隐隐于市，小隐隐于野”。古朴的仿古砖外立面，温馨可人的榆木门，既有厚重的沉淀感又有轻松的烟火气。大厅材质优选进口仿古砖，百年老木头加工木梁和餐桌椅，墙面钧瓷釉料，部分沙发白色棉麻布料和点缀的花草，打破了传统中餐厅的严肃和拘谨，营造出自个儿老房子的家居效果，让餐厅成为了自己家的餐厅，亲切感舒适感放松感油然而生。

The restaurant space atmosphere is positioned as the elegant home style. Starting from the introduction of the facade, the design originates from "the big is hidden in the city and the small is hidden in the wild". The simple antique brick facade and the warm and pleasant elm door have both a heavy sense of precipitation and relaxed fireworks. The hall is made of imported antique bricks, century old wood processing wood beams and table chairs, Jun porcelain glaze on the wall, white cotton and linen cloth on some sofas and dotted flowers and plants, breaking the seriousness and formality of the traditional Chinese restaurant, creating a home effect from the old house, making the restaurant a restaurant of its own, with a sense of intimacy, comfort and relaxation.

二层包间所选材质同一层餐区，布局上每个包间都配备了水吧台，让顾客可以自己动手洗水果参与其中，其乐融融，在家请客吃饭也不过如此。等待区的茶台营造氛围也是沁人心脾，目光所至养眼，胃口所至养身。

The material selected for the private room on the second floor is the same as the dining area on the same floor. In the layout, each private room is equipped with a water bar, so that customers can wash fruits by themselves and participate in it. It’s fun. It’s just like inviting guests to dinner at home. The tea table in the waiting area also creates an atmosphere that is refreshing, eye-catching and appetizing.

此案例拍照时已经营业三年，“吃来吃去还是茉莉”已经喊了 11 年，感谢遇到具有匠心情怀的甲方，让我们共同参与设计，打造百年老字号餐厅 - 惠茉莉！
